This four bedroom, three bath private pet friendly home is equidistant between Seaside/Seagrove Beach and Rosemary/Seacrest Beach. It’s a great base of vacation operations: roomy, with a very private pool (25' x 10'), a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to all the boutiques and formal and informal eateries in the area. Not that anything’s formal in South Walton, but there’s the range between fine dining and pickup food from an Airstream trailer—it’s all good. Seascape is beachy-eclectic, very comfortable, with great southern exposure from porches and balconies on all levels. The third floor den with vaulted ceiling, TV/stereo and balcony with Gulf views is a great plus.
First floor: King master bedroom with full bath, king bedroom with shared full bath, and bedroom with two twins and shared full bath.
Second Floor: Living room with balcony access, dining nook, kitchen, queen bedroom, and full hall bath.
Third Floor: Loft area with queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and balcony access.
