Cocohut is a celebrated Parade of Homes house. The home is a beautiful 6BR 5BA 2800 square foot private vacation rental positioned just on the east end of Destin in an area called Miramar Beach. This rental features great views from the tower and second floor and is only 50 yards to one of the best beaches in Miramar Beach. There is a 10X20 private heated* pool, TV'S, VCR'S, & DVD'S in every room, tiled floors throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen. With sleeping accommodations for up to 18 guests there is plenty of room to bring the whole family and have the vacation you have been dreaming of.
First Floor: Kitchen, Den with Queen Sleeper, Washer/Dryer room, King with full bath, Queen Bedroom, full hall bath
Second Floor: Den with Queen Sleeper, Queen Bedroom, hall bathroom, 3 Twin Bunk room, King Bedroom with bath
Third Floor: King bedroom with full bathroom
