Destiny Lake House, located in prestigious Destiny East, is only a mile from excellent restaurants, and world-class shopping and the Rave movie theater. A fifteen-minute drive west takes you to the bustling harbor of Destin, the “World’s Luckiest Fishing Village”, and fifteen minutes to the east is Sandestin’s romantic Baytowne Wharf.
Enter Destiny Lake House and the view is breathtaking across Lake Destiny toward the Gulf of Mexico through disappearing sliding glass doors. The screened lanai encloses a pool (heated in cool months) and gas grill for comfortable outdoor entertaining. The Great Room is truly great with a 50-inch plasma TV over a gas fireplace and plenty of room for relaxing, with one of three couches converting to a queen sleeper. A separate, cozy TV room also has a queen sleeper sofa. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and a master bath with a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second and third bedrooms each have two double beds and full baths. Destiny Lake House can sleep fourteen, a great place for a Destin family reunion, Thanksgiving or Christmas getaways.
Destiny East amenities include one of the largest and most beautiful pools in Destin (less than a 2 minute walk), a hot tub, putting green, a unique playground, picnic and grill area, and a beautifully furnished clubhouse with exercise room and an JMAX theater. Destiny East, a gated community, has major beach access and is considered to be one of Destin’s outstanding neighborhoods.
