Schedule some DOWN TIME at this gorgeous Gulf-front beach home in Destin. Luxurious furnishings, blinds, drapes with swags and jabots and impressive accessories and lighting make this location top-notch. A splash pool and balconies on all three levels offer fine exposure to the beach and Gulf waters. Take advantage of the nearby wine-tasting, coffee shop and Whale’s Tail restaurant on the beach. Rent a scooter and explore the neighborhood in beach style. Upscale shopping at the Destin Commons and Silver Sands Factory Stores are just a couple of minutes away. This is a fine base of operations for it all!
First Floor: Bedroom with Twins and sleeper sofa, full bath, wet bar in hallway; splash pool on balcony;
Second Floor: Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen; balcony; Queen bedroom and bath, which is also accessible from the hallway;
Third Floor: King master bedroom and bath; balcony; Queen bedroom and bath; washer/dryer.
*add $25.00 per day to heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)
Tents are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.
Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.
The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
