A wide, inviting front porch welcomes you to Pelican’s Roost, a beach-perfect vacation home. Have a morning cup of coffee and read the paper here. The recently remodeled Roost has everything: vaulted ceilings in the open living and dining areas, a kitchen with splendid counter space, where the cooks can join in the general merriment while whipping up a casual or gourmet meal,flat screen televisions for each bedroom as well as the living rooms, basketball goal, gas grill and a great 13x25 seasonally heated great pool. A large group can be oh, so comfortable here, and all within a couple hundred yards of one of the world’s best beaches. Spacious rooms, tastefully furnished, make this a premier choice for your vacation to the Emerald Coast.
First Floor: Living Room witha queen sleeper sofas, Dining Room (seats 8), Kitchen (seats 8 at counter); laundry room; King bedroom and bath; King bedroom and bath; Queen bedroom and bath; Bunk room with two twins and bath; half bath;
Second Floor: Bedroom with two Queens and bath; Bunk bedroom with two upper twin bunks, two lower double bunks with twin trundle beds, and bath; stairs and bedrooms are carpeted.
Apartment: Second story entrance overlooking pool with Living Room (sleeper sofa), Kitchen, Dining area at counter (seats 3); King bedroom, Twin bedroom, one bath.
Pool area features a picnic table, grill, lots of seating, tables.
*Add $25.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed).
