Perrywinkle Palms is a West Indies Villa with three bedrooms, four baths, a loft with sleeper sofa and sundeck overlooking Sunset Lake with views of the Gulf.
This Destin retreat is located in Kokomo Kove adjacent to Destiny in the Crystal Beach area convenient to fine gulf front dining and the Emerald Coast's best shopping.
Features include a private heated pool with a large deck overlooking the Gulf, a pristine lake and the surrounding coastal wetlands filled with wildlife. The kitchen contains top of the line stainless steel appliances complete with a pot filler, granite counter tops and a large island. Downstairs living area has beautiful heart pine floors and Tommy Bahama rugs. The master suite has a deep Jacuzzi tub and a large multi-spa valve shower. Off the master suite is a spacious private balcony with comfortable seating overlooking the pool and lake.
