Hardwood floors, lots of kitchen granite, tasteful furnishings and two living rooms will house you in delightful comfort. Enjoy the splash pool and sunsets over the sparkling Gulf or a beautiful community less than a 2 minute walk away! Walk to Pompano Joe’s for lunch or dinner and the Whale’s Tail for breakfast. Rent a scooter or mini-car across the street, and try the Emerald Coast Winery tastings after your drive. You never have to leave the immediate area to stay entertained. First Floor: Den with Queen Sleeper sofa, Full bath, and wet bar, Martini Pool on deck
Second Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Room, Queen bedroom, Full Hall Shared bath
Third Floor: King Master Bedroom and bath, Double/Twin bunk with T/Trundle bedroom, Full Hall bath, Laundry Room
*Add $25.00 per day to heat the pool (available Oct-April if needed).
Tents are not allowed on the beach. Large umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service.
Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.
The Frangista Homeowner Association requires special permitting and an event fee for all weddings. Please contact a representative for additional details if you plan to host an event.
