This aptly named contemporary styled beachfront vacation home is nestled into a snowy white sand dune overlooking the emerald hued waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The light, bright interiors are accentuated by a wall of glass doors in the Great Room with dazzling views all the way to the southern horizon. This large room has cathedral ceilings with honey toned hardwood flooring enhanced by oriental rugs and comfortable furnishings. It includes an open kitchen with a convenient Breakfast Bar, a dining table with a rectangular table which easily seats six and a nice living area. A balcony wraps around the gulf side of the house all the way over to a side deck providing multiple spots to sip your drink, listen to the surf and luxuriate in the warm sun. The private, quartz crystal sandy beach is just a few steps below for easy access for a refreshing swim, a walk along the shore or for spotting dolphin frolicking in the waters beyond.

The three bedrooms are decorated with a charming look that is reminiscent of the kind of place you may have enjoyed in golden Summers of one's youth. A king sized bed is in the Master Suite that has a private bath. One of the Guest Bedrooms has a nice queen sized bed and the other has two twin beds that include additional trundle beds underneath which are a perfect room for the kids.

The location in Miramar Beach (just east of Destin) is outstanding since it is just a few minutes away from restaurants, golf courses, tennis courts and shopping at America's largest Designer Outlet stores at Silver Sands.
