Beachside Towers I 4125

When you catch your first glimpse of the Beachside I tower after passing through the entrance of the gated Sandestin Resort, the magnificent setting is breathtaking in its beauty. As the palm lined drive meanders beside one of the lushly landscaped golf courses, this opulent tower stands beside another in the distance right on the beach and rises dramatically in step like levels that soar up to twenty stories tall.

Beachside Towers I 4125 is a vacation rental that has two vibrantly appointed bedrooms and can sleep up to six fortunate guests since it also comes with a queen size sleeper sofa. The main living area is fashioned in a distinct chic retro style with cheerful, colorful and comfortable décor. The colors richly accent the surroundings with a distinctive Floridian flair. The open living area has white tiled flooring with half walls custom colored in a Robin's Egg Blue. The pleasing pastel wall and two patterned golden yellow couches provide a nice accent. They face a wall mounted TV and triple panel sliding glass doors that lead out to a breezy beachfront balcony.

The glistening gulf waters serve as a back drop that is fronted by an expanse of rolling sugar white dunes, palm trees and the large lagoon shaped swimming pool. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time on the balcony since there is a table with chairs, where you can relish the views while enjoying favorite tropical drinks. Spectacular sunsets occur right over the gulf during the winter months replaced by full magical moons during the summer and you have a front row seat.

Back inside, a round topped table with four high backed chairs for dining sits beside the open kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances. A chrome lined swirling track lighting system suspends multiple blue bell shaped globes providing a chic contemporary look. Lots of white cabinetry and a sleek ebony black countertop provide plenty of space for the creation of a fun family feast.

The Master Bedroom has a full private bath en suite and is distinctively styled in a rich avocado color. The king sized bed faces an wall mounted TV as well as an entire wall of windows that overlook the gorgeous gulf. An adjacent sliding glass door on the side provides direct access to the wonderful beachfront balcony. The Guest Bedroom has twin beds in a rainbow of striping that gives this room a cheerful countenance. This room has access to a full hall bathroom that doubles as a convenient powder room off the main living area.

Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a world of its own nestled among forests with natural lagoons in between the glorious gulf and the wide expanses of Choctawhatchee Bay. Charming Baytowne Wharf and fashionable Grand Boulevard offer a myriad of restaurants, lively bars, boutiques, free concerts, seasonal festivals and family amusements. Silver Sands, the nation's largest Discount Designer Outlet are also minutes away.

Based on the daily temperature and the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated November – March.

This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Discounted Rates / Construction Notice: The HOA will begin property improvements in October 2025. The pool will be closed in December and January (possibly into February), and beach access will be unavailable throughout January. Walkway and balcony access may be temporarily limited during your stay. Holiday access is guaranteed.
