First Floor: King Bedroom with Full Bath, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower and Patio Access, King Bedroom, Jack-and-Jill Bath with Walk-In Shower, Bunk Room with Two Queen/Full Bunks and One Full Bunk, Bonus Den with Wet Bar and Patio Access, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, Powder Room.

Do we have access to the beach across the street? Or is this a public beach?

Answer:

Great news! Bellagio is located in Avalon Beach Estates, which utilizes a private beach access directly across the street from Avalon Blvd. The beach approximately a two to three-minute walk from the home. Don't forget the sunscreen!

Does this location allow third party golf cart rentals within the area?

Answer:

Bellagio does not include a golf cart, however, you can rent a golf cart at a discounted rate through one of our preferred vendors! Golf carts are only permitted in speed limit zones of 35 MPH or less, and each golf cart rental will take the place of one vehicle parking space. Enjoy the ride!

Are events allowed at this property? Are weddings allowed at the beach?

Please note that Bellagio is not a wedding/event-friendly home. Weddings are allowed at public beach accesses only with proper permitting issued by Walton County.

Are beach chairs and umbrellas included with the rental?

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!
