Costa Del Sol B3 in Destin's Miramar Beach

Description

This wonderfully remodeled three bedroom, three bath beachfront vacation rental is located on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, just east of Destin. It sits right on the dazzling white beach overlooking the jewel toned waters of the Gulf of Mexico, which shimmer in ever changing color hues from lime green to deep dark emerald. Visitors may also enjoy complimentary beach service provided on a seasonal basis.

The beach views are readily apparent as soon enter into the main open living area that comprises the kitchen, dining and family room. Glass doors lead to a covered balcony that is up front and centered on the beach. Creamy tile flooring is accented by a natural braided throw rug in the newly furnished family room. This living space has a long comfortable couch that doubles as a Sleeper Sofa for extra guests. A charming coffee table and handsome armchair sit next to the balcony door. A flat screen TV sits above a long credenza and a colorful abstract oil painting adorns the wall. A desk sits under a sunny window so you can describe the delightful views on post cards to folks back home. A rectangular hardwood dining table has ladder backed chairs for six so that you can easily serve up your own seafood feast. Nearby is a rich granite topped bar with high backed woven chairs that makes the perfect place to serve up drinks or appetizers. The open state of the art kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances which includes a large side by side refrigerator, a glass topped range, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Each of the three bedrooms has access to a full bathroom and are comfortably furnished with pleasing beach themed, nautical decor. The Master Suite has access to the beachfront balcony where you may start your mornings looking down upon the gorgeous view. One of the Guest Rooms is like a private suite as well with a queen sized bed, decorative art prints and wide hardwood plank flooring that gives it a rich ambiance. This room also adjoins a ground floor bonus living room with a queen sleeper sofa and twin bunk bed with a twin trundle. The third Guest Room has a full sized bed as well as a twin bunk bed so four kids of all sizes would enjoy this room.

Costa Del Sol is conveniently located on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach with close access to beach side restaurants and world class discount shopping at the nation's largest designer outlet known as Silver Sands. Additional restaurants and boutiques abound minutes away at the Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin as well as Grand Boulevard which has a new multiplex movie theater with stadium seating. The closest restaurant is called Pompano Joe's is just a fun short stroll down the beach. It's been a local favorite for years since it has a great bar and serves Caribbean styled seafood entrees, fresh fish sandwiches, tasty appetizers as well as seafood baskets. Here at Costa Del Sol B3 you are either within walking distance or minutes away by car from lots of family fun and entertainment.

First Floor: Bonus Den with Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle + Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchenette, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Floor (main entrance): Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Interior Stairs to First Floor.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Bedroom with Full Bed and Twin Bunk, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

I loved the place, I would rent it again!

Ocean Reef Resorts offers Generali travel cancellation/interruption insurance to every guest. Generali insurance is optional but is strongly recommended. For questions concerning the travel insurance, please call Generali directly at 800-554-9839. The insurance premium is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Is there access to a pool?

Great job finding Costa Del Sol B3. It doesn't have a pool - but it is right on the beach! If you'd like help finding similar properties that do include a pool - let us know!

Do we need to bring sheets or towels?

Answer:

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. You will want to bring your own beach towels, as we do not provide them. Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available for rent. Once you have secured your reservation, we will provide you with the beach services contact information. You can reserve chairs and umbrellas over the phone, or directly on the sand. See you soon!
