However, you can also bring the kids - since in addition to the master suite, there is a twin bunk tucked in the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The open living area in Crystal Villas A5 is light and bright with exceptional views of the gulf as this sought after end unit has extra sunny windows. A wall with two sets of sliding glass doors leads out onto the breezy beachfront balcony of this second-story vacation residence. It overlooks the vast expanse of sugary white beach and the jewel-toned waters of the  Gulf of Mexico that extends all the way to the southern horizon. Two outdoor tables and chairs here invite you to enjoy favorite drinks, appetizers or have an intimate dinner while enjoying the view and listening to the surf.

A charcoal gray couch and love seat face these sensational views along with a TV for entertainment. A wooden table nearby has four decorative bent cane framed chairs for charmed dining. Additional raised chairs sit beside a long faux butcher block counter bar facing the open kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, including a side by side refrigerator. The spacious cottage styled Master Bedroom has a sunny window, a king-sized bed, a plush armchair, a hardwood dresser that houses a TV, and a full en suite bath. Another half bath off the hallway serves as a convenient powder room near the bunk bed.

Crystal Villas has an awesome convenient location right off Scenic Highway 98, which is centrally located near grocery stores, nationally known restaurants, and family amusements.  You are just minutes away from popular local beachside restaurants and a championship 18 hole golf course in addition to professional tennis courts at Seascape - where Ocean Reef Resort guests receive special rates.  The giant pedestrian-friendly Disneyesque retail village of Destin Commons is close by and is consistently named voted "Best Shopping Destination on the Emerald Coast" by readers of EC Magazine. It is anchored by a big Bass Pro Shop and a Belk's Department Store. There are stores for Women's Wear, Men's Wear, and Children's Clothes, Toys, Jewelry, Sporting Goods, Electronics, Shoes, Decorative Arts and Home Furnishings. A wide array of restaurants, eateries, bars, and venues for coffee, tea or sweets are located here, and you have almost two dozen to choose from.

This prime site is equidistant from Destin and Miramar Beach - so you have all the action of both. Destin features the bustling marina at HarborWalk Village with lots of waterfront restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals, and frolicsome diversions. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special reduced rate here for water recreation craft, pontoon boat rentals, fishing excursions and exciting cruises of all kinds. The Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard are minutes away in Miramar Beach at Sandestin. Both are popular destinations since they have lovely specialty boutiques, excellent restaurants, friendly bars, free musical concerts, and seasonal festivals for family entertainment.

Magical!!

We loved our stay!
SUPER clean room that looked just like the pictures. Very well taken care of. If you have babies finding a place with carpet is hard so we really appreciated how clean it was. Super close walk to the beach! We love low rise condominiums and this was no exception!

We were very happy with our stay at Crystal Villas. And would definitely stay there again.
We loved the location of the condo. We could walk to shopping and restaurants. The beach was wonderful with awesome views. The condo was very clean. The king size bed was wonderful. It was by far some of the best sleep I have had. When I reached out to management to obtain another parking pass they stopped by promptly. I would recommend Crystal Villas and would love to stay there again.

Perfect location with a beautiful view!
This condo is near everything! It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops and steps to an amazing beach. It also has an unbeatable view! Inside the condo was cozy and had just what we needed for our stay.

How many feet to the beach? What is the December weather like?

Answer:

This condo is a beachfront property and is only a few feet from the complex to the shore. Average temperatures in December are in the mid-60s to the mid-70s - and it's usually pretty sunny!
Is the free beach service offered Feb 19-Mar 2nd?

Answer:

Beach service is available from March through October. Therefore, you wouldn't have beach service during your stay in mid-February. But, there is a beach store close by where you can purchase some chairs and an umbrella.

Is motorcycle parking allowed at this property?

Yes - there are other restrictions on items such as golf carts, boats, trailers, etc., but motorcycle parking is permitted. Safe travels!

Are pets welcome?

We love our fur babies at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Crystal Villas Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.

Can you rent beach chairs?

Crystal Villas A5 comes with complimentary beach service which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella. If additional setups are needed you can reserve them over the phone or directly on the sand. See you soon!

Is there an elevator?

Crystal Villas is a gorgeous Gulf-front condo complex in Crystal Beach. It does not have an elevator as it is a three-story, low-rise building. If you are seeking accommodations with an elevator, please give us a call.

Does the bunk nook have a door?

The twin bunk nook is open to the hallway and does not include a door. This is the perfect sleeping quarter for kids or young adults!

Is there a coffee maker in the kitchen? If so, what kind?
