Grandview is aptly named since this exclusive mid-rise vacation rental complex sits perched beachfront upon a sugary sand dune overlooking the sensational scenery of the glistening gulf in Destin's Miramar Beach. The dazzling emerald toned waters extend as far as the eye can see into the sun-splattered horizon. The beautiful beach extends beside it like a shimmering white ribbon of sand next to the jeweled water's edge. A large oval shaped sparkling swimming pool with plenty of patio chairs for leisurely lounging looks down upon the beautiful beach below. A private access allows you to go from taking a freshwater dip to plunging into the glowing gulf a minute later. The pool is heated during the winter months when the sun sets in spectacular fashion right into the glorious gulf. During the summer time, silvery full moons rise magically out of the gulf waters towards the southeast in romantic fashion. There are several stainless steel commercial grade grills with wet bars that resemble outdoor kitchens where you may enjoy creating your own Surf n Turf meal and dine poolside.

Grandview 101 is a luxurious three bedroom vacation rental that can sleep up to eight fortunate guests. This spacious 2,200 square foot "end unit" provides multiple views of the glistening gulf and a sense of privileged privacy. A wall of glass doors frames the vivid views, which are readily apparent as soon as you walk into the open living area. A classically columned covered patio sits beside a lush lawn that overlooks the glorious emerald toned gulf. You will find yourself wanting to spend a lot of time here enjoying favorite drinks with friends or family while relishing the panoramic vistas and listening to the soothing surf sounds.

The indoor décor has a sophisticated look with rich parchment tiled flooring while the vibrantly colored furnishings provide a warm cheerful laid back beach ambiance. The comfortable ensemble views the jeweled gulf and a flat screen TV. The elegant dining table has six chairs that sit beneath a charming chandelier suspended from a lighted tray ceiling. The large modern eat-in open kitchen nearby has a café styled table seating four and additional raised seating beside a creamy white bar.

The charming Master Bedroom has a king size bed, glass doors leading to the beachfront patio and a luxurious bath en suite with double vanities, a dressing table, a soaking tub as well as a separate shower. The Guest Rooms are also comfortably furnished in cheerful attire with sunny windows for views and each has access to a full luxury bathroom.

This fantastic Scenic Gulf Drive locale places you near popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores and the nation's largest designer discount outlet, Silver Sands. Family amusements, seasonal festivals, shopping and dining are available close by at Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated Thanksgiving through Easter.
