This five-bedroom, four bath vacation home is three stories tall and completed in a lovely tropical Mediterranean style. The two upper levels have covered balconies off some of the bedrooms where you may breathe in the refreshing salty breezes while planning your day. The shimmering white sand beach and jewel toned waters of the gulf are just a short stroll away (with no roads to cross). Linger Longer also includes a private lagoon shaped swimming pool with a cluster of palms at one end and a sunny patio for lounging. A generously sized deck, adorned with two covered cabanas, offers a cozy ambiance with a fire pit, wall-mounted TV, and outdoor seating—an ideal setting for evening gatherings. Additionally, it boasts a grilling station and wet bar, perfect for enjoying delightful surf-n-turf meals by the poolside!

The first floor has of the home has a spacious open area that comprises the family room, dining area and kitchen. Light tile sweeps from room to room providing a crisp, clean, contemporary styling. Upscale decor and decorative arts are both tropically themed and somewhat whimsical with a distinct Florida flavor. Furnishings are comfortable and include all the conveniences of home. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances which includes a large convenient side by side refrigerator. The kitchen's custom cabinetry has a rich handsome look, colored in chocolate brown and a granite covered breakfast bar has raised chairs that can seat four. This provides a perfect space for serving up tasty seafood appetizers or drinks. The dining area is nearby with an elegant glass topped table that sits upon a decorative column base. A comfortable guest bedroom with a nice queen sized bed is on the first floor as well with access to a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room.

Upstairs on the second floor you will find two more guest suites each of which has private access to its own luxury bath. One of these is like a double suite for those with children because it has an interconnecting bunk room with two sets of bunk beds with four berths. The entire third floor encompasses the main master bedroom suite which also has a private luxury bath that includes a raised garden tub, a separate glassed in shower and a richly carved vintage cabinet with marble counter tops and double sinks. This wonderful suite also has access to its own private balcony.

Linger Longer is located on the beach side of Scenic Gulf Drive. This route runs right beside the iridescent emerald green waters of the gulf and is the luxurious locale for lucky year round residents and visitors alike. This central location is close to the all the amenities of Destin, Miramar Beach and South Walton with a myriad of choice for all sorts of activities. Championship golf courses, wonderful beach side restaurants, abundant shopping and exciting entertainment venues all just a few minutes away by car. Silver Sands, the nations largest Designer Outlet and the Disneyesque shopping village known as Destin Commons are nearby on Emerald Coast Parkway. The charming Village of Baytowne Wharf is also a short distance away at Sandestin where there are lots of opportunities for family fun.
