Oceania is a comfortable three-story home right on the shore in Frangista Beach, offering a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. This vacation home is perfect for family and friends, with five bedrooms and four baths that can accommodate up to 18 guests. The interior has a stylish touch, with a design that complements its coastal setting.

Large windows frame views of the Gulf in the living area and from two of the bedrooms, while covered balconies on each level offer beautiful views of the beach. These balconies are furnished with cushioned wicker chairs and tables, creating a perfect spot to unwind to the sound of the waves.

On the beach level, a plunge pool on the balcony provides a refreshing escape with views of the beach, visible through glass doors from a spacious guest bedroom, which includes a king-sized bed and a cozy queen-sized sleeper. The additional bedroom on this level is suited for kids, with bunk beds and a Foosball table, serviced by a full bath.

The main living space on the second floor features honey-toned hardwood floors and comfortable furnishings that complement the beach setting, including a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large TV. The dining area, with a Teak wood table and a mix of bench and chair seating, sits adjacent to an open kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, and a granite-topped bar with saddle stools. A guest bedroom on this level offers a king-size bed and a view of the surrounding palms.

The top floor houses a primary bedroom with a private bath, a king-size bed, and access to a beach-facing balcony. Another guest suite on this floor provides a king-size bed, its own bathroom, and views of the palm-lined street.

Oceania is a stone's throw from the private Frangista Beach community pool, set in a beautifully landscaped area. The home's location is convenient for beach dining, with local favorites like Pompano Joe's and The Whale's Tail nearby. For shopping and entertainment, Silver Sands Premium Outlets and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin are just a short drive away, offering a selection of shops, restaurants, and a modern movie theater.

First Floor: King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Tub/Shower Combo + Balcony Access, Bunk Room with Full Bunk and Twin Bunk + Game Table, Wet Bar.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom Shared Walk-In Shower.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.

Allotted parking for three cars at the house. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking. 

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
