Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.

Personal beach chairs and umbrellas are permitted; however, tents and canopies are prohibited per HOA regulations. Personal setups may not be placed seaward of the on-site beach service chairs. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent through the on-site beach service.
