You may be tempted to wear your own polka dot bikini when you stay at this modern home that reflects a chic retro style with Floridian flair. This 2,800 square foot vacation rental is three stories tall and has six bedrooms with the ability to sleep up to eighteen guests. It's the perfect place to stay for a fun filled beach vacation since it comes with a 8'x17' private pool and is just a short stroll from the glistening gulf with no major roads to cross. Polka Dot Bikini was constructed with all modern amenities which includes TVs in every room. The interiors have vibrant colors of pink, yellow and green which provide a delightful beach ambiance. Black and white tiled flooring throughout is accented in the main living area with some furnishings that are zebra striped. A black couch doubles as a queen sized sleeper sofa. Bright colorful art adorns the walls and decorative items enhance the bold interior design. The theme is carried over into the contemporary kitchen that has white cabinetry and sleek ebony black counter tops. Four metal stools saddle up to the bar where tasty appetizers and tropical drinks may be enjoyed. The oval glass dining table has six metal chairs that have that special "space age" look. The sparkling freshwater pool out back has a nice patio and a gas grill so that you may enjoy dining poolside. Three of the six bedrooms have a private bath en suite. One of them is on the first floor that also has a separate half bath that serves as a powder room. This bedroom has a king sized bed decorated in a raspberry and creamy white floral pattern.

Upstairs on the second floor is another living area colored with more modern furnishings including another sleeper sofa and a wall of sunny windows. Three bedrooms conveniently nearby include another suite with a king sized bed decorated in soothing tones of green and blue. Vibrant yellow colors are used in the other two guest rooms one of which has a queen sized bed and the other with bunks for the kids. A full bathroom accommodates these two rooms accessible off the hallway. The third level has two more bedroom suites with private bathrooms and access to the balcony that overlooks the glorious gulf in the distance. One has a king sized bed and the other a queen, booth are cheerfully colored. This Miramar Beach location is tucked away near the sugar white beach off Scenic Gulf Drive but is minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, discount shopping at the Silver Sands Designer Outlet and championship golf or tennis at nearby Seascape. Fine restaurants, lively bars and specialty boutiques are also close by at Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin.
