Description

"Puesta Del Sol" is Spanish for "sunset" so this villa was aptly named. You will certainly enjoy more than one spectacular sunset over the gorgeous gulf in this lovely home since it's the closest unit in the complex to the beautiful white sand beach. It offers enough room for up to 14 guests via four spacious bedrooms with extra bunk beds and two queen-sized sleeper sofas.

This vacation rental is located right off Scenic Gulf Drive in La Terraza, an upscale neighborhood that's part of the Miramar Beach Villas community. It shares the large sparkling swimming pool nearby, which is festooned with tropical palms and has an expansive deck for sunning. Puesta Del Sol is completed in a charming classic Mediterranean style with distinctive 21st-century interiors that include lots of fashionable creature comforts. The open living and dining areas are in a sunny room with high ceilings and contemporary décor. A flat-screen TV has two large comfortable couches that face it, and they can double as queen-sized sleeper sofas.  A gleaming granite counter topped bar has four leather seats facing an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This makes an excellent spot for entertaining while enjoying savory seafood appetizers and favorite adult beverages. The sunny dining area has a big rectangular hardwood table under a stylish modern chandelier that seats eight with tall ladder backed chairs. A cheerful guest room has twin beds with nautical attire on this first-floor level and has access to a full hall bath that also serves as an easily accessible powder room.

Upstairs you will find two more Guest Bedrooms and the Master Bedroom, all of which each are like suites unto themselves since they feature private luxury baths. The regal sumptuous Master Suite has a big plush king-sized bed beneath an elegant decorative double tray ceiling and warm chocolate toned hardwood floors. One of the Guest Bedrooms also has a comfortable king-sized bed while the other has bunk beds with two twin bunks. Each room also has its own flat-screen TV.
 
This convenient Miramar Beach location places you equidistant from the bustling nightlife and marina at Destin's HarborWalk Village as well as the laid back beauty of Scenic 30A in South Walton. However, many who arrive in this perfect world never feel the need to go much farther than Miramar Beach itself. Popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, and grocery stores are very close. Miramar Beach is also home to one of the largest discount designer centers in the nation, famously known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets.  Here millions of shoppers get bargain discounts on name brand clothing and household goods. Championship golf, professional tennis, and beach recreation rentals are nearby at Seascape where Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive exclusive discounts. Family fun, outdoor concerts, seasonal festivals, and specialty shops are minutes away at the enchanting French Quarter inspired Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as upscale Grand Boulevard in Sandestin. There is lots to do here- but don't forget the sunset!

First Floor: Living room with a queen sleeper sofa, open kitchen with an over-sized bar, dining room, a private patio, a full hall bathroom, and a bedroom with 2 twins.

Second Floor: Master Bedroom with full private bathroom, King guest bedroom with full bathroom, and a 2 twin bunkroom with a full bathroom, laundry.

Tents and canopies are not permitted on the beach. Umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service provider.

Excellent place, super close to the beach, perfect location, having a private beach access and not needing to drive, is a game changer. One of the bedrooms has a small peek of the ocean view where you can see the warning flags on the beach. The fact that every upstairs rooms had its own private bathroom made it very convenient for our extended family. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. Bedrooms are comfy and cozy, there is plenty of space for everyone. The patio and the barbecue is a plus. The pool is nice and clean. We would totally book this place again.

Beautiful vacation

Amazing time!

Summer Family Vacation
Our family had a wonderful week at Miramar Beach in Puesta Del Sol. 4 Bedroom & 4 Baths. Ocean Reef Vacations took care of all of our needs when we arrived. They were always eager to help and very helpful! Puerta Del Sol had a very well stocked kitchen and an open Floor plan downstairs along with 1 BR. Upstairs a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks & bath. Additionally 2 king rooms share the upstairs as well as the washer and dryer. It had a patio as well as a large BBQ grill. It has a huge floor plan that was just perfect for our large family.

Great Condo for Group
We visited Miramar Beach for Spring Break 2021 and stayed at the Puesta Del Sol with 5 teenagers, 1 child and 2 adults. The condo fit perfectly for our group but could also accommodate 2 families well with 2 king beds and 2 “kid” rooms. The 4 bathrooms were great and the large living space worked well. It came stocked with the basic needs such as bar soaps and toiletries, paper towels, dish soap, a few Finish tabs, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. Kitchen was stocked as expected and we had everything we needed. The beach access directly across the street was very convenient and the community pool was good and not too crowded. Overall location is good, close to grocery and other shopping. Slight wear and tear here and there but very slight and completely acceptable, not an issue. I would say the only drawback for me is that there is no view of the beach, but still definitely worth it if you can live without it. However, there was always plenty of parking right by the front door and no crowds like a large condo complex might have. Check in and out was very easy and all online. I didn’t have to call property management for anything. I would definitely recommend this unit and I will keep it in mind for the next trip!

Great Location
Great property and very close to the beach. Pictures do the property justice. Was very pleased with the stay. Had an issue with the blender and I messaged the company. Seriously 30 minutes later a knock on the door and a new blender was delivered. We were blown away. Have already recommended property to a friend.

Amazing location!
This property was so close to the beach, and had plenty of room for all of us. The beach access across the road was very convenient for going to the beach day or night. I would definitely recommend this location and also hope to visit again soon!

Puesta Del Sol
This was a much closer walk to the beach than expected, literally right across the street and down a few steps. The house was in pristine condition. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, pots/pans, Tupperware, toaster oven, and many many more kitchen accessories which was a huge plus if you plan on cooking. my new favorite place to stay in Destin. So close to everything including the silver sands outlet. Great location overall, so glad we chose this place! I highly recommend it and will probably book again for next year :)
