You will instantly be captivated by the warmth and charm of this lovely Destin vacation home. The creamy white exterior of Skinny Dippin has a nostalgic Old Florida style while the interiors have all the comforts of a modern home. Columns and rails flank the two wraparound porches that serve both the first and second story of this wonderful home. An Observation Turret rises up to three stories tall in the back, which provides an interesting architectural feature. Skinny Dippin is located in the private residential beach community of Gulfside Cottages in Destin's Miramar Beach, placing you close to everything this area has to offer. It is just a short stroll away from both the beautiful beach and sparkling neighborhood pool.

The interiors are comfortably furnished providing a laid-back cottage feel. Colors are mostly in light blues and creams, which give it a nautical flavor. Three of the four bedrooms are on the first floor, including the Master Suite and two Guest Rooms. The Master Bedroom has light honey toned hardwood flooring with a gray and white area rug. A king size bed regally sits beside a glass door that leads out onto the breezy covered porch. There is also a full luxury bath en suite. One of the Guest Bedrooms in serene pleasing pastel colors has a king size bed while a twin bunk room is directly across the hall. These both have access to a full hall bathroom.

The main open living area is on the second floor that encompasses the kitchen, dining and living room. Big couches inspire leisurely lounging and faces a handsome blue credenza below a wall-mounted TV. The dining area has six seats that sit around a rectangular wooden table beneath an old fashioned shaded chandelier. The open kitchen nearby has a granite countertop with four bar stools. Stainless steel appliances include a side-by-side refrigerator with a freezer on the bottom. There is another beautifully decorated Guest Room on this level that has a king size bed and access to a full hall bathroom. The upstairs covered porch is also accessible from this level.

On the third level an Observation Tower allows you to see a glimpse of the glistening gulf in the distance and hosts a queen size bed. Besides the glorious gulf you are close to the large zigzag shaped palm lined community swimming pool that has a patio for sunning and is adorned with attractive arbors for partial shade.

This location places you minutes away from area grocery stores, popular beachfront restaurants along Scenic Gulf Drive and bargain shopping at the nations largest designer outlet at Silver Sands.

First Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Patio Access, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Room.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Third Floor: Loft with Queen Bed.

Based off of the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
