This beachfront vacation rental in Miramar Beach includes three bedrooms with multiple beds, bunks, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa to comfortably accommodate sixteen fortunate guests. It has recently received a complete renovation and is filled with upscale, comfortable coastal-styled furnishings. Summerhaven 2 is the perfect place for a beach reunion among family and friends, featuring a split floor plan with bedrooms on the first and top floor levels and an open living area in between.

Upon entry, the first floor includes one of the two master bedroom suites. It boasts cream-colored furnishings and a king-sized bed with a paneled headboard facing a large flatscreen TV above a lovely dresser. This spacious suite includes a wall of sliding glass doors that lead out to a beach sun deck, a wet bar with a full-sized refrigerator, and a table for two. A bonus bunk nook in a connected alcove includes two twin beds with their own flatscreen TVs. The convenient ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower.

When you're ready to venture upstairs, you will find the open living, dining, and kitchen areas are on the second level. Rich honey-toned hardwood flooring is accented by a unique pecky cypress wall that frames a set of triple paneled sliding glass doors. They lead out to a breezy balcony where you may enjoy the views of the gleaming gulf while listening to the soothing surf sounds. The living area includes a white slipcovered couch that can double as a queen-sized sleeper sofa, two pale cream armchairs, and a chic light blue accent chair. Two round white cocktail tables, couch end tables, and a beach-washed shelving unit feature a stylish coastal look. A large wall-mounted flatscreen TV provides entertainment. A charming round white dining table nearby includes five chairs with tall unique cream-colored rope backing. This tropical look continues into the open kitchen with a gleaming countertop bar and four stools with square straw woven tops for wining and dining. The newly completed kitchen includes bright white custom cabinetry, a built-in desk, malt-toned granite countertops, brushed stainless steel appliances, and a wide window providing natural light. It has everything you may desire to create a fun family meal. A powder room is also conveniently located on this level.

The top floor includes another master bedroom suite with a king-sized bed lavished with a regal tufted royal blue headboard beside a wide window showcasing stunning views of the jeweled gulf. A cypress inlaid tray ceiling above the bed is a striking accent, and a large flatscreen TV above a white dresser provides evening viewing pleasure. The private ensuite bath includes double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A separate double bunk room with four full beds includes a seating area with a flatscreen TV and a private ensuite bath with a tub shower combination.

This outstanding Miramar Beach location near Destin is by popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Championship golf, tennis, and beach recreation rentals are next door at Seascape Resort, which offers discounts to guests of Ocean Reef Resorts. Loads of restaurants, friendly bars with live music, specialty shops, boutiques, delightful family amusements, outdoor concerts, fun festivals, and vibrant seasonal firework celebrations are also nearby at the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and tropically urbane Grand Boulevard at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort.

First Floor: King Master Bedroom with Twin Bunk and Wet Bar + Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower, Bunk Room with Two Full Bunks and Tub/Shower Combo.

Allotted parking for three cars at the unit. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

Beach weddings & tents of any size are not permitted.

Summerhaven was perfect
We had an amazing stay at this beachfront house! 🌊 The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand with incredible views all day long. The house was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace, listening to the waves, and watching the sunset every evening. The unit and location were great!
This place was very nice! It was a great location and easy access to the beach! The beach was literally downstairs and the views were amazing! There are a lot of stairs for people with little ones.

It’s a wonderful unit!
We stayed here for 2 weeks during the winter holidays. It’s a wonderful unit, great for single families but the floor unit is also set up like a small apartment, if you are multigenerational (older people don’t have to take the stairs). It’s also great for two families, as said apartment has bunk beds great for smaller kids. The views over looking the ocean are unbeatable and you can hear the waves even with closed doors. We have teenagers so it was nice to give them the top floor to sleep in. The purpose of our trip was to relax so we weren’t too active and spent a lot of time in our unit. The mid floor was a great hang out spot for us to watch movies and play games and eat meals. We really hope to return in the warmer months to be able to utilize the ocean. A great spot!

Do you all take reservations for less than 7 nights?

Answer:

For advanced reservations, most properties rent from Saturday to Saturday only - as do most along our coast. If your dates are not flexible to meet this requirement, we have other properties that may work. Please contact one of our friendly reservationists for assistance!

Is it a private beach?

Keurig coffee makers are provided in all Ocean Reef properties to help get your beach day started. Don't forget your favorite K-Cups!

Does Summerhaven have beach service available?

Summerhaven 2 comes with complimentary beach service, including two chairs and one umbrella provided seasonally from March through October. If additional set-ups are needed, you can reserve them directly through the beach service provider. See you soon!
