Up to 11 happy guests can enjoy staying here since there are also multiple sleeper sofas and bunks. This property also has a split floor design with separate Guest Quarters on the first and third floor levels and the main living area in between on the second floor.

The beach level at Summerhaven 2 includes a den with hardwood floors and dual sleeper sofas for the kids. This has direct access to its own beachfront deck which easily leads down to the pristine white sand. The Guest Bedroom is decorated in nautical colors with a king sized bed that sits beside a set of sliding glass doors that look out upon the glorious gulf. In fact you may greet each day seeing these views while still in bed! A convenient full bathroom is also located on this level.

The second floor encompasses the main living area which is completed in muted natural colors with glass doors that lead out onto another gulf front deck. Two couches face the wall mounted TV that sits above a custom entertainment center. On the other side of the room near the new open kitchen is a dining table with eight woven high backed chairs that sit beneath a charming Tuscan styled chandelier. A Breakfast Bar sits nearby with four stools face the state of the modern kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances and a side by side refrigerator. A powder room is located right off the main living area for added convenience.

Upstairs is the Master Bedroom that looks out over the gulf with its own wall of windows offering breathtaking views. Carpeted floors and a straw-back king sized bed give this room a warm feel. It has its own full bathroom en suite. The other Guest Bedroom on this third floor also has its own full bathroom and is perfect for the kids since it features a full/twin bunk bed.

This Miramar Beach location is remarkable since you are close to popular beachfront restaurants on Scenic Gulf Drive, golf or tennis nearby at Seascape, and discount shopping at the nation’s largest Designer Outlet Stores known as Silver Sands.
