Gulf Place

Perched upon the dunes of Scenic 30A, the Santa Rosa Beach village center of Gulf Place sits above the bright shimmering shoreline overlooking the jewel-toned gulf. These tropical landscaped grounds sit beside some great local restaurants, friendly casual bars, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, galleries, a coffee shop, a wine outlet, a caterer, and a salon. Santa Rosa Beach was recently named one of the top five favorite towns in the nation by Travel and Leisure Magazine. This recognition has made Gulf Place a top-rated vacation destination.

This excellent Santa Rosa Beach locale is less than six miles away from grocery stores, popular restaurants, a Super Walmart, delightful diversions, and the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets in nearby Miramar Beach. Silver Sands is one of the largest discount designer centers in the entire nation. It features fantastic bargains on over 100 different world-class designer goods and is a trendy shopping mecca.
