The most in-demand times are during the Summer months, Spring Break, and Fall Break. However, most of the Spring and Fall months feature cooler temperatures and fewer crowds at the beaches and restaurants. Winter is our slow season, so expect to find value-priced rates for your stay.

Sandestin is located just a few miles east of Destin, in Miramar Beach, Florida. This central location puts you less than 10 miles from Destin's Harborwalk Village and the pastoral splendor of picturesque coastal villages along Scenic 30A in South Walton. One of the nation's largest designer discount destinations, known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, is also just a few minutes away on US Highway 98.

Sandestin Resorts does not allow outside rented golf carts. Sandestin owners are only permitted to own golf carts within the resort gates.
