Beachwood Villas 7E

A great location. Close to some of the best restaurants. Condo was very clean and tidy. We had a great time and we are grateful for all the help offered by all. We would definitely stay there again!

Location was perfect for us, few steps and you are on the beach, restaurants, gas station and convenience store are walking distance! The apartment is very comfortable, kitchen with all you need to cook. Easy check in in and check out process. Easy drive to Seaside, Rosemary Beach and others.

The condo was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for our 5-night stay. Both the king-size bed and sectional sofa bed were very comfortable. My kids love staying here and especially enjoy relaxing in the pool after a day at the beach. I also appreciated the addition of a change machine in the laundry room—very convenient!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for a family of three and had everything we needed. The beach was less than a 2 minute walk (this is door to sand), Dough Sea Donuts was maybe a 10 minute walk and there were several other restaurants that were within walking distance. The condo is dated but extremely clean. Even with 3 people, beach towels and swim suits it smelled clean our entire trip. It's in a great location. We enjoyed the pool but we really loved the shuffleboard court! I messaged the manager about our patio door lock not catching and it was completely fixed within 2 days of my original message. Highly recommend Beachwood Villas. We would stay here again!

It has been 6 years since I have vacationed along 30A so I was surprised how you can only walk to and from the beach using public beach access! We came in for a short weekend so we really appreciated how close this unit was to the beach walk over path! You can also easily walk to the Tom Thumb, stores and many restaurants. The unit was updated and had everything we needed. Happy we chose this location.

The location is excellent with easy access to the beach and Tom Thumb right across the street providing everything you need. The condo being on the first floor was nice to be able to put all our sandy beach stuff without having to go through the place. The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Great spot for a long weekend. Location is right where you want to be, across from the beach, and just down the street from restaurants, bars, and Seaside. Our toddler especially loved walking out on the private patio. Would definitely consider staying here next time we are on 30A.

it was perfect for us...clean and comfortable...great location...short walk to the beach and restaurants...didn't go to the pool or tennis courts but they looked great...parked right outside our condo...also nice to have tom thumb across the street for snack/drink stuff or anything you might need for the beach...would totally stay here again!

We really loved the property. You can walk to the beach. It takes less time to walk to the beach than, for example, staying on at the Hilton in SanDestin, because you have to get on the elevator and go down, then go through the lobby, pool area, etc. Literally, just walk out the door, towards 30A, cross 30A, and walk about 1 or 2 minutes down a provided wooden walkway. And to be clear, 30 A is super easy to cross. The speed limit is 25, and there's a crosswalk anyways. There's a Tom Thumb gas station in walking distance that stays super busy. You can get a variety of coffees, sandwiches, beer, etc there. It's literally right out the front door on the way to the previously mentioned crosswalk. If the Tom Thumb doesn't meet your needs, there's a Publix Grocery Store within 5 minutes There's a few pools and Tennis courts on property, as well as charcoal grill stations, but no one was using the grill stations. There's a seafood market walking distance. We had crab legs/shrimp in the unit a few nights without going to a restaurant. I can't say seaside is walking distance, but a short drive. If you want to change it up, you can drive to Seaside. There's also a couple state parks close by, Deer Lake and Grayton. The location really worked for our family of 2 adults, 1 kid.

Condominium 7E was absolutely perfect! Extremely clean, tastefully decorated, and in a wonderful location. Very close to beach, at most a few minutes. Close to great restaurants in Seagrove, and a short bike ride to the popular village of Seaside. Property of Beachwood Villa’s well maintained and clean. Both pools were perfect after spending time on the beach. Will definitely use this property again!

I have been traveling extensively for over 20 years and coming to 30A for around 15 years. Of all the places I have ever stayed, this has been my absolute favorite. Here are the highlights from the condo....It is beautifully updated, a very close walk to the beach, very quiet and private which is hard to get in a condo and it is priced fairly. Sitting on the porch is something I love to do, but at most condos everyone can see what you are doing or you have a pool right in front of you. You could sit on the porch of 7E and because of the plants and trees, be completely secluded. There is a pool, but it is out of site and a short walk away. I consider this condo to be in the best location of the huge property. I also spoke with other vacationers while I was there who were staying at Beachwood Villas who paid a whole lot more than we did for this property. I actually enjoyed staying at this condo so much, I looked into purchasing one for myself. Unfortunately, there was a contract pending on the one I was looking at. I can't recommend this property enough.
