Dune Vista Getaway

Dune Vista was the perfect place to get away! After scouring VRBO and Airbnb for MONTHS and looking at 100's of properties, we stubbled upon Dune Vista! For our extended family of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) it seemed to check all of the boxes! There are too many pro's to list so I'll list some of my top ones. - The 3rd floor balcony views were incredible! - The icemaker in the kitchen was a game changer. - The 1st floor bunkroom and attached living room made for a cozy escape for the kiddos - The heated pool was a HUGE blessing on the days when it was too cold and windy to walk down to the beach. - The bed in the 3rd floor primary had one of the best mattresses I've ever slept on! I consistently had sleep scores of 99! There are a LOT of stairs, but that just means you can eat and drink more with less guilt! *Also, Blue Mountain Beach Creamery was incredible and you have to check out 3 Sons BBQ down the street!

Nice house, Awesome location!

The house was very nice, spacious & well equipped. The large pool was great which the grandkids loved and the location 30A beachside was amazing! The views from top 2 levels were beautiful with 24 hrs enjoying the ocean waves! I’m ok with stairs but may be an issue as there are lots of stairs! Will definitely rent again! 😎🏖🏠

Dune Allen

Dune Allen was an amazing property! It was right on the beach, super easy to access. The property is the perfect distance away from the masses so the traffic wasn’t terrible. It’s a short golf cart ride away from restaurants. This might be a pro/or con depending on the ages of guests. The bunk room is on the bottom floor, which for smaller kids was a tad too far from the other bedrooms and parents. The house is pretty large. The ice machine was a great addition and the private pool was soo nice!

This is my favorite house to stay in on the beach. It’s spacious enough for my family and their friends to come and enjoy a week at the beach. The master suite with steamer and oversized jetted tub are my favorite part. I loved this house last year and love it even more this one.

Property worked great for our family vacation.

Very spacious and a nice view of the gulf

Our week long stay with the kids and grandkids was most enjoyable. Accessibility to the beach is convenient and the view from the 3rd floor in most impressive. Being there the first week of November it was perfect having the heated pool. The grandkids spent many hours there plus they had plenty of poolside chair and what seemed to be a new gas grill where we enjoyed cook outs pool side. The only down side was the many steps. At age 70 I'm in good enough shape to handle the stairs but for some tis could be a challenge. Over all it is a beautiful home and the amenities covered all our needs.
