This spacious four-bedroom South Walton vacation home has the ability to sleep up to 13 fortunate beachgoers. Recently renovated, it provides guests with comfortable furnishings and delightful amenities. It is fashionably located in the gated residential community of Sunrise Beach. This enclave is in a wonderful little world of its own, complete with golden Americana styled homes, white picket fences and tropical palm trees all just a short stroll away from the Santa Rosa Beach town center of Gulf Place. When you're ready for some "vitamin sea", the beach is less than a one-minute walk away where guests can enjoy two seasonal complimentary beach setups!

The first thing you notice when you visit Peek A View is a covered patio with a hanging porch swing and two columned porches above with arcing open decks extended off to each side. The light blue exteriors trimmed with white railings and square columns have a lovely stately look that will immediately embrace you. The ground level has a large recreation room perfectly suited for family entertainment with a rich brown leather sectional and a 60" flat screen TV. There is also a game table and a wet bar. Just outdoors you can take a plunge in a sparkling swimming pool. Two sets of umbrella tables with chairs allow you to enjoy poolside dining and drinks. A Bunk Room with red, white, and blue attire has full and twin beds, an en-suite full bath and direct access to the pool. The jeweled glittering gulf is the star of the show and at only 100 yards away it's the perfect place to take a dip, before or after the pool.

The main living area is on the second floor with an open floor plan and living space that offers plenty of seating for leisure time and dining together. It has a crisp light comfortable look with two sets of double glass doors that lead out to the front deck. A beige-colored couch and elegantly striped armchairs face a mantle and widescreen TV. A hardwood topped dining table sits beside a vibrant wall sculpture of tropical fish with eight sage green countryside chairs flanked by two 'shabby chic' white end chairs. Four more raised painted wooden beach chairs face a pale grey granite-topped bar that resembles oyster shells. The bright white kitchen has everything you need to create a fun family feast. A 'Seahorse' inspired Guest Bedroom on this level has a queen-sized bed, en-suite bath, and a pool balcony. Another charming spacious Guest Bedroom on the top floor features a vaulted ceiling, a queen sized bed and also has a pool balcony. It has direct access to a hall bath that features a unique bunk bed, tucked off a landing that is decorated as a kiddie pirate's cove. The large Primary Bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, en-suite luxury bath, and top level balcony. A tropical look is comfortably appointed with elegant antiques that include rattan chairs, a queen-sized bed, beautiful decorative art and a TV mounted on a mantle.

This impressive sought-after Santa Rosa Beach location is minutes away from favorite restaurants, friendly bars, boutiques and specialty shops along Scenic 30A and throughout South Walton. Nearby Gulf Place also features fun seasonal festivals and free concerts.

Beach service is typically available March–October. If not provided complimentary, beach service must be purchased to use the private beach. Tents and canopies are not allowed. Personal chairs are permitted only with an umbrella rental.
