This gracious 30A vacation residence with four bedrooms is ready to accommodate twelve happy beachgoers. It has a highly sought after location, just a short distance away from the historic village center of Grayton Beach. The enchanting village features a couple of restaurants with friendly bars along with a unique specialty shop known as The Zoo Gallery. It provides shoppers with quite an experience since they carry unique decorative pieces from artisans around the globe. This premier placement is close to the jeweled Gulf and adjoins Grayton Beach State Park, which was named the Best Beach in America. It is bordered by Western Lake, which is a rare natural phenomenon and accessible for an array of watersports.

Pine Cove is a spacious home with guest quarters on all three levels, making it a perfect place for individual vacationing families or group members. The first floor includes one of these bedrooms with a king-sized bed and access to a full hall bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. It also has direct access to a patio that features a private pool and is landscaped with natural Live Oak trees.

The main open living area on the second floor has a clean, crisp nautical look with windows that provide lots of light and a blue wraparound couch centered upon a unique glass-topped table resting on a driftwood base. They face a flatscreen TV on a rustic beach inspired credenza. Double glass doors lead out to a screened porch that wraps around two sides of the home. A table with chairs beckons you to enjoy favorite beverages and tasty snacks outdoors. At the same time, a wide porch swing invites you to relax. A lovely dining alcove indoors sits beside two sets of windows near the open kitchen. A rectangular creamy white cottage styled glass-topped dining table with eight chairs sits beneath a charming beaded chandelier. The open state of the art kitchen has a sleek modern look with a gleaming white counter bar with four blue cushion topped stools for use while dining. A trio of unique Gourd-like spotlights are suspended from above. White custom cabinetry is strikingly accented by handsome brushed stainless steel appliances.  Two lovely Guest Bedrooms are on this level, one with a sized queen bed in one and two full beds in the other. They share access with a full hall bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

The Master Bedroom encompasses the entire third floor with a vaulted ceiling and an ensuite luxury bath. It features double vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A king-sized bed sits beside a set of sliding glass doors that lead out to an open rooftop observation deck with seating where you may enjoy the breezy views. The Master Suite also features a twin bunk nook for kids.

This fantastic Grayton Beach locale is also near Seaside, which has many restaurants, beach bars, specialty boutiques, outdoor concerts, and seasonal celebrations.

Third Floor: King Master Bedroom with Twin Bunk and Walk-In Shower + Balcony Access.
