Welcome to A Villa Lago, a beautifully decorated home in Scenic Highway 30A's Seagrove Beach that sits on Eastern Lake. The home's unique location offers the best of the best when it comes to vacation amenities, combining the beach, lake, and a private pool. With five bedrooms and four baths, this relaxing vacation home can accommodate up to 12 vacationers.

Once you arrive at your beach home-away-from-home, you are greeted with three parking spaces and a covered front porch with a teak loveseat. Step inside to find a gracious foyer that opens into an open-concept floor plan that includes the great room, dining area, and kitchen. The great room offers two living areas: one is for media viewing, and the other is perfect for casual conversation or reading. You'll find a tan couch in the TV room, two red patterned armchairs, a circular drink table, and a media center with a 4K TV and Polk soundbar. The other living area features a couch, two blue patterned accent chairs, and nautical décor. Arched doorways lead to the kitchen and dining room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet storage, and spacious countertops. The dining room has a glass-topped table and seating for eight, and the adjacent kitchen bar seats an additional four. A screened porch provides another relaxing dining spot, boasting a teak table for six and casual lounge seating. Sleeping quarters are located on all three levels. On the first floor, a guest bedroom includes a king-size bed, sofa, a TV, and access to a full hall bath.

Three more bedrooms are on the second floor. Here, you will find a master suite with a king-size bed, oversized reading chair, walk-in closet, luxury bath with a garden tub and separate shower, and access to a furnished private deck. Another master suite on this level has a king-size bed, loveseat, TV, and full private bath. The third room is a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and reading chair.

On the third level, there is a large loft bedroom that the kids will love. It is outfitted with twin bunks, a slide-out twin trundle, a twin daybed, desk, TV, mini-fridge, and sink. The room includes beach and lake views from all sides, and has its own deck with Gulf Coast views.

When you're not relaxing indoors, head out to the home's private pool for a freshwater dip and some sun. The surrounding pool deck is furnished, and two grills make it easy to cook up a delicious poolside meal. Another benefit of this beautiful home is its proximity to the beach and coastal dune lake. The beach is only a three-minute stroll away, and a dock leads directly to Eastern Lake. Other fun activities to try include kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, bike riding through Seagrove Beach, dining at popular 30A restaurants, shopping cute boutiques, attending beach festivals, and so much more.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access with Lake Views, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, King Bedroom, Hall Bath with Walk-In Shower.

Third Floor: Loft with Twin Bunk + Twin Trundle and Twin Day Bed, Wet Bar, and Balcony Access.

The best of both the lake and beach worlds!
We couldn’t have asked for a better house and location for our multi-generational family vacation. Fishing on the dock, sunsets over the lake, lounging by the pool, board games on the screened-in porch and the short walk to the beach gave us all plenty of things to do. The peek-a-boo ocean views from the balconies were a wonderful surprise, too! We’d love to stay at A Villa Lago again!

Warm and Inviting
This is a very nice property in a very nice neighborhood. The home is a warm and inviting. One of our daughters-in-law, who is an artist, said as soon as we walked in, “If I were to design a home it would look like this.”There are multiple places to sit: living room, screened-in porch, several areas by the pool, and at the end of the dock. The kitchen is well-stocked. The beach is just a few minutes away. Shopping is a bit longer of a walk. There is a long paved bike trail just minutes away. Our family has stayed in multiple homes along 30A and we would stay here again.

Perfect Vacation

Awesome Villa!
A Villa Lago was the perfect place for our family and friends to gather! The location is ideal and the amenities offered everything we needed. The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-stocked. The screened porch and outdoor patio by the lake gave us lots of options for every day - whether it was sunny, cloudy, rainy, warm or cool. We would highly recommend A Villa Lago and hope to return next year!

Spring Break
We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is lovely and conveniently located. Just a short walking distance to the beach. It was so nice that all the bedrooms had king size beds and private baths and the kitchen was better supplied than any place we’ve ever stayed. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful House on Eastern Lake Close to Gulf
The house is very accommodating for 12 people. Great location in Seagrove Beach backing up to Eastern Lake and a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches. Big den/living room, great kitchen and parking for 3 cars. This was our second year at A Villa Lago, and I have reserved a week there next year.

A Villa Lago
Our stay at A Villa Lago was wonderful, it's in a perfect location. Close to the beach but far enough away from traffic to enjoy peace and quiet. The house was beautiful and accommodated our large group of 3 families perfectly. My only suggestions would be to add curtains in the bedrooms to help block light and to add some additional padding on the mattresses for comfort and maybe some new non-down pillows for those with allergies. Overall I would give it 5 stars!!

Is there a beach service available at this property for setup at the Sugar Dunes access?

Answer:

Beach vending is prohibited at the Sugar Dunes beach access on Beachside Dr, and the beach access on San Roy Rd. Personal chairs and umbrellas are permitted. For chair and umbrella rentals, guests must use the public beach access on Beachfront Trail.

Are bicycles provided?

The private pool at A Villa Lago is not heated, but is quite refreshing! If pool heat is a must for your vacation, here are some other great homes with a heated private pool. Give us a call if you see one you like!
