Welcome to A Villa Lago, a beautifully decorated home in Scenic Highway 30A's Seagrove Beach that sits on Eastern Lake. The home's unique location offers the best of the best when it comes to vacation amenities, combining the beach, lake, and a private pool. With five bedrooms and four baths, this relaxing vacation home can accommodate up to 12 vacationers.

Once you arrive at your beach home-away-from-home, you are greeted with three parking spaces and a covered front porch with a teak loveseat. Step inside to find a gracious foyer that opens into an open-concept floor plan that includes the great room, dining area, and kitchen. The great room offers two living areas: one is for media viewing, and the other is perfect for casual conversation or reading. You'll find a tan couch in the TV room, two red patterned armchairs, a circular drink table, and a media center with a 4K TV and Polk soundbar. The other living area features a couch, two blue patterned accent chairs, and nautical décor. Arched doorways lead to the kitchen and dining room. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample cabinet storage, and spacious countertops. The dining room has a glass-topped table and seating for eight, and the adjacent kitchen bar seats an additional four. A screened porch provides another relaxing dining spot, boasting a teak table for six and casual lounge seating. Sleeping quarters are located on all three levels. On the first floor, a guest bedroom includes a king-size bed, sofa, a TV, and access to a full hall bath.

Three more bedrooms are on the second floor. Here, you will find a master suite with a king-size bed, oversized reading chair, walk-in closet, luxury bath with a garden tub and separate shower, and access to a furnished private deck. Another master suite on this level has a king-size bed, loveseat, TV, and full private bath. The third room is a guest bedroom with a king-size bed, TV, and reading chair.

On the third level, there is a large loft bedroom that the kids will love. It is outfitted with twin bunks, a slide-out twin trundle, a twin daybed, desk, TV, mini-fridge, and sink. The room includes beach and lake views from all sides, and has its own deck with Gulf Coast views.

When you're not relaxing indoors, head out to the home's private pool for a freshwater dip and some sun. The surrounding pool deck is furnished, and two grills make it easy to cook up a delicious poolside meal. Another benefit of this beautiful home is its proximity to the beach and coastal dune lake. The beach is only a three-minute stroll away, and a dock leads directly to Eastern Lake. Other fun activities to try include kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, bike riding through Seagrove Beach, dining at popular 30A restaurants, shopping cute boutiques, attending beach festivals, and so much more.
