This cheerful bright blue home trimmed in nautical white provides the perfect place for a wonderful beach reunion among family and friends. The two-story main house with a third-floor observation deck includes six beautifully decorated bedrooms. A lovely Guest House with individual living quarters contains two additional bedrooms. It is the ideal vacation home for multiple families traveling together with sufficient space for all. A total of 18 fortunate beachgoers may reside here with six king suites, one queen bedroom, and a queen-sized bunk room. It has a fantastic location in Crystal Beach, placing you a very short stroll away from the white sandy shore and area attractions.

Besides the beautiful beach, Agave Blue comes with a private lagoon-shaped swimming pool that may be heated during the chilly times of the year. It also features a Fire Pit, a grill for cookouts, lounge chairs, and a table to enjoy poolside dining with favorite drinks. In less than a handful of minutes, you may go from splashing around in the pool to luxuriating in the glittering jeweled toned waters of the gulf. An outdoor spiral staircase leads to a rooftop deck providing distant gulf views.

A columned front veranda leads into the open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Cream-colored furnishings include two seating areas. One portion includes four sleek Vintage Modern chairs beside a round cocktail table with a rich hardwood inlay. A couch and armchair draped with white safari-style slipcovers in the adjoining living room face a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment. Brightly colored art throughout this home provides festive Floridian flourishes. A dining area off the kitchen has eight white framed woven straw-backed chairs. Six wide blue-topped cushioned stools provide additional space for wining and dining beside a granite-topped counter bar that faces the ample kitchen. A comfortably furnished Guest Bedroom with a king-sized bed and another nice Guest Bedroom with a queen-sized bed share a full hall bath that doubles as a powder room off the living area.

The spacious Master Bedroom and another Guest Bedroom upstairs each include king-sized beds with private ensuite baths. The Master Suite has charming white cottage-style furnishings richly accented by chic, elegant light blue armchairs. Two other wonderfully appointed Guest Bedrooms with a king-sized bed in one and queen bunks in the other share a full hall bath.

The absolutely charming Guest House features a columned veranda with a large covered porch that overlooks the pool. In addition to a kitchenette, a nicely furnished screened-in porch with a wall-mounted flatscreen TV leads out to a Fire Pit. This lovely cottage includes two bedrooms with full ensuite baths, king-sized beds, and glass doors that lead to the poolside patio.

This centralized Crystal Beach locale is a wonderful world of its own in the heart of Destin. Grocery stores, popular gulf front restaurants, friendly beach bars, and shopping adventures are just minutes away. The highly popular retail complex of Destin Commons and one of the nation's largest discount designer centers known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets is also nearby. Destin Commons provides a captivating setting with turrets, an old-fashioned clock tower, palm-lined pedestrian-friendly avenues, a classic fountain, and a fun kid's plaza with mini geysers. It is anchored by Belk's Department Store, a Bass Pro Shop, and Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl & Grill. It is centered around fine clothiers, boutiques, specialty shops, restaurants, and an AMC multiplex theater. Crystal Beach is equidistant to bustling HarborWalk Village in Destin and the enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. They both feature great restaurants, bars with live music, unique shopping venues, family amusements, outdoor concerts, and fun year-round festivals.
