The backyard is the heart of the experience here—and guests consistently say it’s where they spend most of their time. A stunning oversized 35-by-10-foot private swimming pool anchors the space, complete with a sun shelf that’s perfect for lounging in shallow water and a raised hot tub that gently spills into the pool below. Tranquil reset

This fabulous house had everything we needed to reset, relax and restore ourselves. Our family and friends hardly left the heated pool and spa area even though the beach is such a short walk or bike ride away. The outdoor area was a private oasis so we grilled or cooked in almost every night. The tranquil sounds of the pools waterfall was truly relaxing and the large backyard space was the perfect place to read, play games and entertain fully! The house is close to awesome restaurants and most any store you desire to shop at. The white sandy beaches are just 2 blocks away. Checking in and out was super easy and the house was clean and provided everything we could possibly need! Can’t wait to rent again soon.

Great location 1-1/2 blocks to the beach. Brand new amazing pool with hot tub. Loaded with amenities. Every kitchen item you could ever want. Amazing getaway -Toddler friendly!!!

We stayed at always summer in September with 4 adults and 1 toddler. One word summarizes the stay, amazing. Always summer has plenty of room for the 4 adults and the additional space really helped us entertain the 1 year old. The house itself was perfectly clean upon check in. The kitchen had everything we needed for a weeklong stay, we only ate out 3 times. The bed rooms were spacious and comfortable as well. Moving outside the patio was simply fantastic. The sun shelf in the pool was perfect for our little one, and we also enjoyed the water while getting some sun. This is where we easily spent half our time. When we weren’t there the short walk to the beach was very easy. We all enjoyed the local shops nearby, morning coffee walks became a thing. We will absolutely be back to always summer!

Great Vacation Spot

Great place to stay. We loved the private pool. It's only a 4-5 minute walk to the beach. If we stay here again we will probably get a golf cart to travel up and down road to restaurants.

Large Family Friendly

We love Always Summer! So much so that we’ve booked multiple times. There are so many rooms that accommodate multiple families. We’ve vacationed at Always Summer with our extended family at once (grandpa, aunts, uncles, cousins). It’s always a peaceful neighborhood and clean experience inside, very enjoyable! Book this adorable home today!!!

Girls trip in April!! My 3 girlfriends and I visited Destin and spent a lot of time researching properties. These photos don’t do it justice. We each had our own bedroom with plenty of room to spare. Most of us had individual bathrooms. I stayed in the primary bedroom on the first floor and was loved the master bath… the shower…modern glass… tile and double sinks. How far to the beach? Only about a seven minute walk. How far to restaurants? Always less than a 10 minute drive unless we went to a fancy restaurant which was less than 20 minutes. We’re already talking about returning with our spouses.

Amazing Vacation!

We recently stayed at this crystal beach property. The house is a quick less than two minute walk to the beach. My children ages 9 to 3 had no complaints. The house was larger than we needed. Two families could definitely stay at this property. The pool is shaded so it was cold. However my children did go in it for a short time. The check-in process was very easy. The management company was very responsive. It’s a short walk to Camille’s for food. The area is perfect. Plenty of dining nearby. Would definitely say again. Five stars Easily!

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE!

Always Summer includes 2,220 square feet of living space. You are able to control the thermostat; however, we respectively ask that you do not set below 72 degrees in the summertime to prevent the AC system from freezing up and malfunctioning.

Is there a coffee maker? If so, what kind?

The community pool for Always Summer is quite refreshing but does not have the option to be heated. If pool heat is a must for your vacation, please give us a call!

Are there pool and/or regular towels?

Answer:

We provide linens and sheets for the beds, bath towels, and washcloths. You will want to bring your own beach and pool towels, as we do not provide them. Our properties are furnished with enough disposable goods to get you started; this includes trash bags, paper towels, toilet tissue, dishwashing detergent, and bar soap. Our kitchens feature the basic necessities, such as a k-cup coffee maker, toaster, blender, silverware, and dishes. You may also want to pack hair dryers, additional disposable goods, and specialty kitchen items such as spices, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, etc.
