It seems it is "always summer" in this hospitable vacation home of the same name, but you and your family will be happy staying here in any season. Up to 15 family members and friends may share the special ambiance of this five-bedroom abode that's well located in the heart of Destin's Crystal Beach, and just a short stroll away from the glistening gulf. This Old Florida styled residential neighborhood exudes nostalgic charm.

Always Summer is framed behind live oak trees beside a white picket fence, with steps leading up to a railed front porch that spans the entire width of the house. Rocking chairs invite you to "sit a spell" while having a glass of lemonade or even a margarita! Out back a sparkling lagoon shaped swimming pool awaits where you may take a refreshing plunge. Inside, a spacious Great Room accentuated with tile flooring comprises a dining area, a nautically colored family room with a wall mounted TV and a big open country kitchen. The creamy white dining table has eight spindle-backed chairs that sit beside double glass French doors that go out to a pool view deck. A separate den off the kitchen also has French doors that lead out to an additional deck overlooking the pool. Both decks have chairs so that you may enjoy drinks or savory snacks while poolside. 

One of the lovely Master Bedroom Suites with a king size bed and full private bath is also on the first floor. Another hall bath serves as a convenient powder room. Four other distinctively styled bedrooms are upstairs and one of them is another Master Bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a private bath en suite. All of these guest quarters have French doors that lead out to covered balconies, two of which look down upon the sparkling pool below. One has a queen and twin bed that shares a full bath with a fun kid's bunkroom while the other has a lovely old-fashioned queen sized bed.

This wonderful rental home has an splendid location just a few blocks away from Destin Commons, which is a pedestrian friendly palm lined retail complex with designer clothing shops, specialty boutiques, restaurants and a state of the arts movie theater. A Publix Grocery Store, Walgreen's Pharmacy, Chan's Wine World, many nationally known specialty stores and restaurants are close by at other adjacent shopping complexes. Family amusements like Big Kahuna's Water Park and tropically themed miniature golf course are a short distance away. This premium locale also places you a relatively short distance away from all the action at Harborwalk Village in Downtown Destin as well as family fun at the Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin.
