If you are searching for a delightful one bedroom condo for your trip to Emerald Coast, then check out this lovely abode! Since Amalfi Coast 203A has a twin bunk tucked off the hallway and a queen sleeper sofa, it can comfortably sleep 5 people. This property's prime position in the resort offers unobstructed views of the dazzling jewel toned gulf.

Amalfi Coast is a popular destination. It encompasses over eight acres beside one of the highest dunes on Scenic Gulf Drive, overlooking the shimmering sugar sand beach below. The lushly landscaped grounds include two sparkling swimming pools that sit side by side with an expansive sun deck lined with palm trees. The sensational scenery of this tropical oasis is beautifully enhanced by a natural lagoon that is adorned by a fountain. The resort grounds are up lighted at night which creates a magical effect. A pedestrian bridge crosses over the lagoon and takes you from the pool area toward the conveniently located beach access. The Amalfi Coast also has grills so you may enjoy a family cookout poolside. Tennis courts are available for play and there is a fitness center on site.

Inside Amalfi Coast 203A, the open living area is light, bright and pleasing. The spaciousness is enhanced by white tile flooring as well as sliding glass doors that look out upon the gorgeous gulf. A breezy balcony is flanked by two towering palm trees which frame the sensational scenery. Chairs and a table are here where you may enjoy the views while munching on some savory seafood. Two plush grey couches face these views as well and provide a nice coastal touch. A table seating four sits nearby for delicious dinners next to an open white kitchen. Three stools next to the counter bar provide a great spot to have a snack. The lovely Master Bedroom has a full bath en suite with a comfortable king size bed and nautically colored soft blue walls. The bunk bed is nestled off the main hallway and has easy access to a half bath that doubles as a convenient powder room.

The Amalfi Coast is in the heart of Destin's Miramar Beach and is conveniently close to popular beachfront restaurants, grocery stores, and wine boutiques. Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer outlet is also nearby. You are also minutes away from restaurants, friendly bars, specialty shops and fun seasonal festivals at the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf as well as Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Master Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower and Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.

This Condo only allows for 5 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.

Discounted rates are in place through May 2026 due to an on-site restoration project. Guests may experience noise and limited balcony access during this time.

Perfect location!

Our stay was great! The condo is just as described in the listing and photos and actually a bit more spacious than I anticipated. The location is amazing with an excellent view of the Gulf across the street. There are multiple gates from the property so the walk to the beach is not bad at all. The kiddos enjoyed the pool and I appreciated there being visible security at the property as well. We were sad to leave but I’ve saved this property and would love to visit again in the future!

We had an amazing time. The condo was actually alot more spacious than it looked online. The built in bunk beds was big enough for my very tall 13 year old son and my 9 year old son. Longer walk to the beach than expected due to construction. The walk was not bad at all thought. We will be back soon

Affection for Amalfi Coast 203A

My wife and I secured this property for a five night stay during our local spring break since she is currently performing in a substitute role at a local high school. We have visited Amalfi Coast on several other opportunities over the past 15 years and, just like this one, we have always found our stay to be pleasant and enjoyable. This unit suited our needs quite well with a spacious master bedroom and a second bath near the laundry area. I would recommend this selection to any couple like us trying to get away to the beach and enjoy a few days away from home.

This far in advance Amalfi Coast 203A and most of our vacation rentals require a full week. As we get closer to arrival, if there is any availability it will be opened up to shorter stays.
