The Amalfi Coast is a popular continual favorite among our guests and receives rave reviews especially since it sits on over eight acres with two large sparkling swimming pools that sit side by side with expansive sun decks lined with palm trees. This scene is beautifully accented by a lovely natural lagoon that is festooned by a fountain and other towering palms that are regally up-lighted at night. A bridge crosses over this lushly landscaped oasis that takes you to a convenient beach access that sits high above a sand dune. The views here are spectacular since you have a 180 degree vista of the shimmering emerald hued waters of the gulf and sugary white sand beach that is over 120 yards in length. The Amalfi Coast also has tennis courts available for play as well as a Fitness Center on site.

Amalfi Coast 412A is a two-bedroom vacation rental that looks down upon this watery oasis from the balcony with views of the gorgeous gulf in the distance. The open living area is tastefully decorated in a coastal Floridian-flare. Comfortable furnishings include a bright blue couch and overstuffed chairs for leisurely lounging, and a wall-hung flatscreen TV is provided for viewing pleasure. The dining area has six high-backed chairs around an elegant glass-topped pedestal table where you may enjoy your own favorite seafood feast when you decide to dine in. The ample kitchen features mottled granite countertops for laying out tasty appetizers or serving up favorite tropical drinks. Brushed stainless steel appliances provide everything needed for fun culinary creations.

Ready for a good night's rest? The two very comfortably furnished bedrooms are like a suite to itself since each one has access to a full bathroom. The primary bedroom boasts pastel yellow walls, white cottage-style furnishings, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for evening entertainment. A private ensuite bathroom includes a white marble vanity and a glass-walled walk-in shower. The lovely guest bedroom includes soft earth tones, a sunny window, a flatscreen TV, and access to a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This awesome Miramar Beach location places you minutes away from popular beachfront restaurants, championship golf, and discount shopping at Silver Sands, the nation's largest Designer Store Outlet. Wonderful restaurants, lively bars, retail specialty stores and tons of family fun are also nearby at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard in Sandestin.

This Condo only allows for 6 people to stay the night per HOA regulations.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during spring break.
