The white shoreline wraps around the exclusively gated Destin Pointe community, centered upon two natural coastal dune lakes. These dune lakes are precious and are found hardly anywhere else in the world. They provide a vast habitat for abundant wildlife, fish, and waterfowl. A dark metal chandelier with glass sconce lighting is suspended above the table, and an elegant black decorative metal art piece adorns the wall beside it. The kitchen has loads of contemporary white cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances to fulfill all of your culinary needs. A guest bedroom on this floor includes white cottage-styled furnishings with a queen-sized bed and two sets of tall double glass doors framing the tropical scenery and leading out to a private balcony. It has access to a full hall bath with a tub shower combination which also serves as a convenient powder room.

The primary bedroom on the top level has double glass doors with windows that provide stunning views of the sensational scenery and lead to a private romantic balcony. The tropically inspired furnishings include a four-poster king-size bed with a dark decorative metal frame facing a flatscreen TV, a handsome cabinet, and lamps with straw-woven shades. The ensuite luxury bath has double vanity sinks, and a walk-in shower lavished with white marble. The other guest bedroom on this level has simple white cottage-styled furnishings with a queen size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bath with a tub shower combination.

This outstanding Downtown Destin locale is just minutes from grocery stores, shopping adventures, restaurants, and lively bars. Many are located at the wonderful, captivating HarborWalk Village on Destin's bustling marina. It features waterfront restaurants with bars that play live music, specialty shops, free outdoor concerts, fun festivals throughout the year, and seasonal firework celebrations. These fabulous firework displays can also easily be seen from Destin Pointe itself.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Magnolia House community pool is seasonally heated.

Trailers and RVs are NOT permitted at this property. No weddings or events allowed.

Beach Restoration Notice: Okaloosa County is conducting a beach restoration project along Holiday Isle beginning in March 2026, with sand placement expected from approximately April through early May. During this time, guests may see survey crews, equipment, and active sand placement on portions of the beach. The beach will remain open, but temporary closures may occur in work areas as the project progresses.
