Outside, a fenced backyard oasis awaits, complete with a heated pool (seasonal, fee applies), cushioned cabana lounge, classic Adirondack seating, and a breezy screened porch. A street-legal 6-seater golf cart is included, making quick trips to the beach or evening outings effortless.

Inside the main house, the first floor welcomes you with a bright king suite featuring a walk-in shower, an inviting living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with gleaming quartz counters and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area, awash in natural light, is ideal for shared meals. Nearby, the game room—outfitted with a pool table and retro Pac-Man arcade—sets the stage for hours of friendly competition before stepping out to the poolside patio. Upstairs, you’ll find three more king bedrooms, including one with a private walk-in shower, plus a cheerful bunk room with a triple-twin bunk. A Jack-and-Jill bath with a tub/shower combo connects two of the king suites for added convenience.

The private carriage house offers a peaceful retreat within the retreat. On the first floor, a king bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa pairs with a kitchenette, dining area, and hall bath with walk-in shower. Upstairs, another king bedroom with queen sleeper sofa and private walk-in shower features a cozy sitting area and charming sloped ceilings. Each space is bright, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed for both style and privacy.
