Bahia 4311 is a one bedroom vacation rental studio located in the heart of Sandestin's Baytowne Wharf, which is an absolutely charming recreation of the New Orleans French Quarter.

The Village of Baytowne Wharf is nestled beside Choctawhatchee Bay and features panoramic views across the broad expanse of sparkling serenity five miles across towards the mainland. A long wharf shoots out across the water from this lovely village beside the marina, which is home to the big yachts anchored that are there. Many like to fish along this pier or stroll out to the end to enjoy the views. You may want to take a romantic sunset cruise here on the Solaris, which provides special discounts for Ocean Reef Resorts guests. Baytowne has a wide assortment of restaurants, lively bars, seasonal festivals with fireworks, free concerts and abundant amusements. Grand Boulevard is also a short distance away serving as Sandestin's Town Center with additional restaurants, bars specialty shops and upscale clothiers.

Bahia 4311 resembles a boutique suite in a stately hotel that exudes charm with its creamy white exteriors, turret-like corners, and balconies. The large lagoon shaped pool is adorned with tropical palms and includes a spacious sun patio for leisurely lounging. There is also a round kiddie's pool and a bubbling hot tub for soothing relaxation. A Beach Tram is available to whisk you over to the gulf side where you may luxuriate in the glowing green gulf waters. Half the fun is getting there since it travels across the lushly landscaped forested grounds of this resort with sweeping views of golf course fairways, natural lagoons, and the bay.

This studio has a bright ambiance with a queen-sized bed, a couch that can double as a queen-sized sleeper, an accent chair, a large TV and a small table for drinks or snacks. It also includes a kitchenette with mottled granite countertops, a small refrigerator, wet bar and a microwave oven. You may enjoy savory appetizers and drinks in your room before or after strolling around the village to choose the restaurant of your choice.

Although you may never want to leave the wonderful world of Sandestin, (and many don't!), you are close to one of the nation's largest designer discount destinations known as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets. You are also equidistant from Destin's Harborwalk Village and the pastoral splendor of picturesque coastal villages along Scenic 30A in South Walton.
