This enthralling Miramar Beach vacation home has just received a new addition as a part of major renovation as well as a new 12' x 24' swimming pool with a full bar that includes a beverage center, ice maker, sink, TV, & stereo. Beach Baby now has the ability to comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests. The expansion created a total of five bedrooms. Three of these are Master Suites with private bathrooms. Two levels of columned covered porches wrap around this residence where you may enjoy the gulf breeze while sipping your favorite tropical drink and look down upon the sparkling pool below. The lushly landscaped yard is adorned with clusters of palms providing a tropical Floridian flair. A glimpse of the glistening gulf may be seen in the distance from the upper levels and double glass doors provide convenient access from the bedrooms. The sugary shore and glittering waters of the emerald toned gulf are steps away with no roads to cross getting there.

The first floor of this gracious rental home includes a lovely living area with two patterned accent chairs and a queen size sleeper sofa that face a large TV along with double glass doors that lead out to the covered poolside veranda. One of the three Master Bedrooms is also on the first floor with a king size bed as well as a full private bath en suite. A sunny Guest Bedroom with two twin bunk beds has access to another full bathroom.

The second floor has a large spacious family area with creamy white tiled floors and a latte colored wraparound couch that faces a flat screen TV. The couch doubles as a queen size sleeper sofa if need be. This light bright room has a wall of sunny windows and a crisp contemporary look with vibrant art depicting sea life. A long rectangular wooden table has eight rail-backed chairs that sit beneath a charming multi-shaded chandelier. A counter bar nearby has four dark saddle topped stools where savory snacks may be served. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances with everything you need to create a fun family feast. This level also has the perfect bunk room for kids with a full/twin bunk with a twin.

The other two Master Bedrooms with private baths en suite have king size beds and one of them includes a queen size sleeper sofa. Every bedroom in this home now has its own flat screen TV for individual viewing pleasure.

Beach Baby's great location is nestled away in a private residential neighborhood but near the heart of Miramar Beach, placing you minutes away from wonderful restaurants and friendly beach bars. Golf and tennis are nearby at Seascape where Ocean Reef guests receive special discounts. Area grocery stores and Silver Sands, the nation's largest designer discount outlet is also close by. Fine restaurants, lively bars, specialty boutiques, free concerts and seasonal festivals are minutes away at Grand Boulevard and the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin.
