Seeking a beautiful bodacious beach house? Well this Beach House is deserving of its name since its lovely accommodations are so gorgeous, comfortable and refined that you may never want to return home. Many guests already consider this beachfront vacation rental their beach house as it has become an annual tradition for many returning families. With nearly 4,000 square feet, six bedrooms and six bathrooms- this home provides gracious hospitality for up to twenty joyful guests. It happens to be ideal for entertaining large groups so it makes it a wonderful place for beach reunions of all kinds.

As soon as you enter the main Great Room you see the dazzling waters and white sand beaches of the gorgeous gulf in front of you since an entire wall of glass doors lead to the breezy balcony. On one side of this room is an impressive spacious kitchen with a gleaming granite Breakfast Bar that provides a rich accent to the white custom cabinetry. Across the home on the other side of this level is a bonus kitchen, along with cozy leather couches and armchairs that face a flatscreen TV and stunning beachfront views. The dining room also has full views of the gulf as well with a table that easily seats ten. However you may want to dine and reside outdoors on the expansive beachfront balcony that has lots of chairs for leisurely lounging along with tables for drinks.

A partially open staircase in the Great Room graciously leads to four beautiful bedrooms above. Two of these are beachfront Master Suites with luxury bathrooms and each has an individual private balcony which provides a romantic setting. One is decorated in pretty floral patterns with a decorative metal framed king sized bed while the other has a handsome massive king with a carved wood frame. Two other bedrooms on this level have two queen sized beds and two full sized beds, along with full ensuite baths in each. One is decorated in a Tommy Bahamas tropical décor and the other is in a charming old Floridian style.

Upstairs on the third floor are two more Guest Suites each individually decorated in a fine comfortable distinct style. A cheerful living room has a queen sleeper sofa facing a cozy faux fireplace and there are doors that lead out onto an intimate third floor balcony. A Bonus Room at the peak of the house has a wonderful loft bedroom with twin beds and has access to a Powder Room for convenience.

Although you may never want to leave this very warm and inviting vacation home, the Miramar Beach location on Scenic Gulf Drive places you a short distance away from popular beachfront restaurants, championship golf or tennis at Seascape, discount shopping at Silver Sands Premium Outlets or family fun at nearby Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin. Who knows, a stay here at the "beach house" may become one of your favorite family trips each and every year.

The house was great, we have no complaints!!
The house was right on the beach located in a residential area. Each bedroom had their own bathroom, which was perfect for my family. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Super close to the boardwalk and several grocery store options. Definitely recommend this place especially for multiple families. The only thing I would recommend for future is to have some beach chairs, towels or umbrellas. Outside of that, we had a great stay, very much what my family needed.

Great House, Ocean Views & Easy Beach Access

Great house!!
This house is the perfect location for vacation! Right on the beach and very close to other fun activities in Destin! The house is very cute and organized. The double kitchen is very useful when you have many individuals in the same house. There are plenty of bedrooms with very nice bathrooms. We loved our stay here!

Beach House- Good times!
The “ Beach House” was perfect for our large family. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for 10 adults and 3 children. There was plenty of room. It was a vacation to remember!

Absolutely perfect!
The house was gorgeous, well decorated and very comfortable. Two kitchens made things so much easier; one as the bar area and drink refrigerator, the other for food prep and storage. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. All in our party agreed the beds and furniture were very comfortable. Who wouldnt love a house wirh a private bathroom in every bedroom! The deck is large with plenty of seating and 2 tables and propane grill. The best part was that we were literally 15 steps from the Beach! Our party of 5 couples all raved about the place and agreed that it was the best of any we have stayed in for our annual group trip.

Great news! Beach House offers two seasonal setups for free, which includes four chairs and two umbrellas. If you require additional chairs and umbrellas, you can rent them from the beach attendant or provide your own. We look forward to seeing you soon!
