Description

This Gulf-front vacation rental with three bedrooms is located in the luxurious Beachside Towers II at the world-class Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. It can comfortably accommodate up to nine fortunate travelers. Beachside Towers is aptly named, providing guests with panoramic views of the crystalline white shoreline overlooking the jewel-toned Gulf. The vast open living area features an expansive wall of windows and two additional walls of sliding glass doors that access a wraparound beachfront balcony. Here, guests may enjoy 180-degree views of the dazzling Gulf. The primary and one guest bedroom also have sliding glass balcony doors offering even more sensational seascape views!

Beachside Towers II 4243 boasts a bright open living, dining, and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The living room features two seating areas, each with easy access to sliding glass doors leading to the wraparound beachfront balcony. The formal living room is furnished with a dove gray leather sectional and a matching lounge chair, set around two metal-framed cocktail tables. This cozy ensemble faces a rustic white-washed cabinet housing a large flatscreen TV for entertainment. The second living quarters offer another dove gray leather couch that converts into a queen sleeper sofa, along with two blue patterned accent chairs. Both living spaces provide stunning Gulf views and easy balcony access. The wraparound balcony is furnished with multiple chairs and a dining set, perfect for enjoying the views, your favorite drinks, and tasty treats. The indoor dining area, set beside a wide window for sunset gulf views, features a rectangular white-washed cottage-style table and eight chairs. The state-of-the-art Gulf view kitchen, with its white custom cabinetry, gray and white granite countertops, and brushed stainless steel appliances, is a chef's dream.

The primary bedroom includes a distinctive marine life patterned decorative rug and a king-sized bed. It is flanked by chic green vase-based lamps on bedside tables and sits beside a wide wall of sliding glass balcony doors. A lovely accent armchair sits near a white dresser with a flatscreen TV. The luxurious ensuite primary bath features a lovely vanity and a glass-walled walk-in shower. A guest bedroom with a regal cottage-styled king-sized bed sits beside a Gulf-view window facing sliding glass balcony doors. A white cabinet with a large flatscreen TV is provided for evening entertainment. The other guest quarters includes a king with a twin trundle. This room has direct access to a shared hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Beachside Towers II has an angled Gulf-front swimming pool heated during the chilly times of the year. It includes a patio for sunning, tables with chairs for poolside entertainment, and a boardwalk that leads down to the sandy white beach. The exclusively gated Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort extends across 2,400 acres of lush forested grounds and four championship golf courses. The resort spans from the gorgeous Gulf to the beautiful Choctawhatchee Bay. The enchanting Village of Baytowne Wharf and the captivating Grand Boulevard are only minutes away. They boast a variety of great restaurants, bars with live music, and specialty shops. Swank Grand Boulevard also features fashion boutiques, fine clothes, a grocery store, and a movie theater with a VIP dining room. Baytowne Wharf hosts family amusements, outdoor concerts, fun year-round festivals, and seasonal firework celebrations. A complimentary tram takes you anywhere you wish to go throughout the resort.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Balcony Access, King Bedroom w/Twin Tundle, and a Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

The community pool is open daily from 8 AM to sunset. It is heated seasonally based on daily temperatures and at the HOA’s discretion.

Rates reflect a discount for on-site construction scheduled to be complete by Summer.

A perfect location for an all-girls trip!

We had such an amazing time because we had THE perfect place! We felt safe with the gated community and the (numerous) coded doors. We had ample space with 2 living rooms, a wrap-around deck, and windows, windows, windows! The view was breathtaking! Everything was modern, clean, updated, and well decorated. Are beach rental chais and umbrellas included with the room?

Answer:

Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided complimentary, but are most certainly available. Once you have arrived in town, you can reserve chairs and umbrellas directly on the sand with the onsite beach attendant. See you soon!

What is the policy on bringing your own chairs or umbrellas?

Personal chairs and umbrellas are permitted but must be set up behind the beach services equipment. If you wish to rent these items, you may do so through the onsite beach attendant.

Is there an option to check-in early?

Answer:

Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm CST. Early check-in is always a possibility - but never guaranteed. If your property has a guest departing in the morning an early check-in should not be anticipated, however we will monitor the status of your property and happily inform you if it is ready for check-in earlier than 4:00 pm. You will receive an automated text message to the primary number on file alerting you when the property is ready for check in.
