Description

This handsomely urbane vacation residence is located in the beautiful Beachside Towers II condo complex within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It includes one bedroom and one bath making it perfect for a romantic rendezvous. It also has a lovely queen-sized sleeper sofa that can accommodate little ones for a small family vacation. The comfortable furnishings are chic, contemporary and feature a tropical coastal styling. Streaked hardwood flooring with a beach-washed look flows throughout the open living area. A triple panel sliding glass door provides abundant natural light and leads to a gulf front balcony. An outdoor table and chairs provide an inviting setting to enjoy favorite drinks and tasty treats while relishing the sensational seascape. This balcony features a glass panel railing that provides vivid unobstructed views towards the southwest and features spectacular sunsets.

The living area of Beachside Towers II 4282 has a plush latte-toned couch and a chocolate-leather recliner beneath a colorful painting of an octopus. Two regal pedestal tables flank it with blue vase-based lamps. This seating ensemble faces a large wall-mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment above a beach-inspired hardwood cabinet. A rough-hewn tanned tropical wool throw rug in front of the couch includes a glass-topped cocktail table. The adjacent dining area has four high-backed chairs framed with blonde flat straw weaving. They sit around a round glass-topped table beneath a simple black vintage candled chandelier. An arched picture framed mirror nearby resembles a charming window. A large round oyster shell framed mirror on another wall sits above a side table. The open kitchen has a white shiplap-sided bar accented by a sleek gleaming black granite countertop and two square stools to enjoy drinks with appetizers. Golden honey-toned cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances provide everything needed to create culinary delights.

The Primary Bedroom has a sunny window and a king-sized bed with two bedside tables and lamps. It faces an extra-large flatscreen TV mounted above a tropical dresser accented by rich straw woven drawer panels. This bedroom also has direct access to a full bath with a walk-in shower and a unique decorative metal framed raised stone vanity.

Beachside Towers II has a seasonally heated gulf front swimming pool, an expansive sun deck, tables and chairs for poolside entertainment, and a convenient boardwalk to the beach. A giant green-topped gazebo next door houses a popular restaurant and bar called The Beach House. A complimentary beach tram service will take you anywhere you want to go on the resort.

The lush forested grounds encompass 2,400 acres that span across the gorgeous gulf to the beautiful bay. They are dotted with lagoons embellished by tropical landscaping and include four championship golf courses. The charming Village of Baytowne Wharf and captivating Grand Boulevard are minutes away. They each offer a wide variety of great restaurants, friendly bars with live music, and specialty shops. Swank Grand Boulevard also features fashion boutiques, fine clothiers, galleries, and a state-of-the-art Multiplex Theater with a VIP dining room to view the latest films. The enchanting New Orleans French Quarter-inspired Baytowne Wharf hosts unique family amusements, outdoor concerts, fun year-round festivals, and vivid seasonal firework celebrations.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Walk-In Shower, Laundry.

The community pool is open daily from 8 AM to sunset. It is heated seasonally based on daily temperatures and at the HOA’s discretion.

Rates reflect a discount for on-site construction scheduled to be complete in early Summer.

Nice Condo- loved it

All photos represented the Condo very accurate. We enjoyed the views of the ocean and the sunsets during the time we were there. (Mid Feb 2026). Very secure property as you would need to go thru Guard House- then password code gate- password code to get into elevator or stairway. Ocean Reef's was responsive to anything we needed.

Breathtaking views & beautiful home!!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous inside. The king bed in the bedroom is super comfortable and I loved the little barn door between the bedroom and bathroom. The glass encased standup shower and new vanity were a very nice touch. The balcony is perfectly located with the view of the Gulf and with the direction is faces we had no wind and could enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony. We couldn't have had a better stay! I can't wait to stay here again.

Amazing view and Unit

What an amazing view! Unit was clean and updated with brand new balcony furniture and a super comfortable bed. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The Sandestin resort was beautiful with a couple resturants just a short walk away. Great condo!

We love our fur babies at Ocean Reef Resorts. Unfortunately, the Beachside Towers II Homeowners Association does not allow guests to bring pets. If you are unable to board your pup - check out these Pet Friendly Vacation Rentals.

Does Beachside II have a community ice machine?

A community ice machine is not provided at Beachside Towers II. The good news is a convenience store is located just outside the gates of Sandestin, maybe a two to three-minute car ride away!

Is a washer/dryer in condo?
