Beachwalk Villas is named for its prime location, close to the shore, and nestled around a beautiful, lagoon-shaped lake stocked for catch-and-release fishing. A charming bridge walkway connects you to the private neighborhood pool, which is seasonally heated and boasts a sun patio overlooking the serene lake.

Inside, the Beachwalk Villa 5118 is bright and airy, with sunlight flooding through a high ceiling and a slanted glass atrium window. Sliding glass doors open to a furnished patio, inviting you to enjoy lakeside views over drinks or alfresco dining. The living space exudes modern coastal elegance, with a creamy white couch and love seat adorned with colorful pillows, centered around a hardwood cocktail table. A large flatscreen TV is mounted on a custom cabinet for cozy movie nights. The adjacent dining area features a stylish, retro-inspired white pedestal table and matching bucket chairs on a plush fur rug, creating a chic setting for memorable meals. The open kitchen is designed for culinary delight, offering custom white cabinetry, light marble countertops, glass shelving, and a stainless steel appliance suite, including a French-style refrigerator.

Upstairs, the primary suite is a serene retreat with a king-sized bed facing a flatscreen TV and large windows overlooking the lake. This room has its own ensuite bath, featuring a spacious, glass-walled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, with charming cottage-style furnishings and bright, vibrant art, includes a queen-sized bed, flatscreen TV, and a private bath with a tub-shower combination.

The Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is a 2,400-acre playground of luxury and leisure, featuring four championship golf courses, tropical lagoons, and premier dining experiences. Wonderful vacation home
Outstanding home with elegant furniture that was super comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for home cooking but too many good restaurants nearby. The location was perfect – lake side, a few steps from the beautifully maintained community pool and just minutes from the beach. The Golf Cart was a big plus and allowed easy access to dozens of restaurants and upscale stores on Grand Boulevard. Ocean Reef Resorts anticipated our every need and were great to work with. We’ll be back!

Absolutely Perfect Beach Getaway!
Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful and private atmosphere. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen ware and appliances to beach chairs, and even a golf cart. Waking up and enjoying coffee on the back patio with the lake front view each morning was a dream. The beach was just a short walk and an even shorter golf cart drive away. A Slice of Paradise at 5118 Beachwalk
We stepped into paradise during our stay at 5118 Beachwalk this past February! From the moment we arrived, this vacation home provided the perfect escape from the winter chill, offering a serene place to reset and recharge. With the stunning emerald coast and soft white sand beaches just minutes away, enjoying sunrise and sunset walks became an effortless daily ritual. The community pool, just steps from the house, became my morning haven. Sipping coffee while diving into a good book by the peaceful, well-kept pool was a highlight of each day. The house itself is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed to cook up freshly caught Gulf Coast shrimp and other delicious local favorites—making each meal feel like a celebration.
