This three-bedroom vacation rental in Seagrove Beach can sleep nine happy guests centered in the idyllic world of Scenic 30A. This small residential enclave has a serene heavenly setting just a short stroll from the sugar-white beach. The tropically landscaped grounds of Beachwood Villas include two sparkling swimming pools, palm trees, magnolias, small live oak trees, flowering azaleas, oleanders, and crepe myrtles. It provides a wonderful setting to relax with your favorite drinks around one of the lagoon-shaped pools. The lushly landscaped grounds also feature a garden pergola with bench seating, charcoal grilling stations, a picnic area with multiple tables, and a sandy playground for the kids. Spacious sun patios with chairs and tables invite you to experience the serene setting while enjoying outdoor entertainment. The pools are usually heated during the chilly times of the year. Beachwood Villas also has tennis courts and shuffleboard available for play when not at the beach or lounging by the pool.

Beachwood Villas 13B has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a bright, spacious look thanks to a triple set of sliding glass doors leading out to a balcony, a side window, and light parchment-toned tile flooring. The balcony has chairs and cocktail tables to enjoy favorite drinks while looking out upon the lovely grounds. Inside, a cream colored couch is flanked by a fashionable vintage modern chair with a maple frame and lightly striped cushion seats. They face a large flatscreen TV mounted above a slender white side table for entertainment. Nearby a chic oval hardwood table beneath a unique chandelier has four plush cushioned chairs for charmed dining. The open kitchen has brushed stainless steel appliances, maple wood cabinetry, and an ash-toned granite bar with four wide saddle stools for fun wining and dining.

The primary bedroom has stylish white furnishings with a queen-size bed framed by an arched spindle-backed headboard beside a sunny window facing sliding glass doors that provide breezy balcony access. The private ensuite bath has a tub-shower combination. A hall bath with a tub-shower combination serves both guest bedrooms. One room has a white cottage-styled queen size bed, while the other is a bright bunk room with five twin beds.

This great Seagrove Beach locale is close to wonderful local restaurants, including Café 30A, which is famously known for gourmet seafood and martini specials, Angelina’s for delicious home-styled Italian meals, Mi Casita for tasty authentic Mexican food, and the Perfect Pig offering a mouthwatering assortment of unique savory treats. Picturesque coastal villages like the iconic Seaside and the enchanting Dutch Colonial West Indies-styled village of Rosemary Beach are just minutes away by car in each direction. Each town provides a fun place to explore since they have a wide variety of restaurants, friendly beach bars, fashion boutiques, specialty shops, and art galleries. They also host free outdoor concerts, old-fashioned family amusements, fun festivals throughout the year, and vibrant seasonal firework displays.

*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March to mid-April.

Discounted rates have been applied to reflect renovations taking place within the complex from January through April & then again  September through December. All amenities will remain accessible; however, the pool will not be heated during this time.
