Situated in a prime corner of the lush Beachwood Villas community, this vacation rental comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and blends stylish interiors with tranquil outdoor spaces for the ultimate 30A escape.

Step into a light-filled, open-concept living and dining area where wide plank tile flooring, crisp neutral tones, and sliding glass doors create a relaxed coastal vibe. A cream-colored sofa and coordinating armchair with whimsical shell-print pillows invite you to kick back and unwind in front of the large wall-mounted TV. Just beyond, your private covered patio offers cushioned seating that overlooks a palm-dotted garden path—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine under the stars.

The adjacent dining area features a rustic wood table with seating for six, including two woven end chairs and a modern chandelier that adds a dash of beachy elegance. All One Level: Living Room with Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Primary Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Patio Access, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with Two Queen Beds and Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Powder Room, Laundry.

*Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March to mid-April.

Discounted rates have been applied to reflect renovations taking place within the complex from January through April & then again September through December. All amenities will remain accessible; however, the pool will not be heated during this time.

Lovely Holiday!

We spent a week at this beautiful condo over Thanksgiving week. We’ve been coming to 30A for over 10 years and have stayed all along 30A over the years. This was the cleanest place we’ve stayed. The kitchen was extremely well appointed, I was shocked! Anything you need was there, and it was good stuff, not sketchy. There’s been many of times our TVs don’t work in our rentals or have minimal stations to watch, which is fine, we aren’t there to watch TV. This unit not only had great size TVs, but plenty of channels! Being November, you’re not really in the water so a little TV was great, especially for Thanksgiving football. Another stand out feature, which is something so small but you’d be surprised how many rentals don’t have this, which plenty of hangers in each closet! We even had extra hangers, which never happens. The management company, Ocean Reef does a great job. The unit above was getting new floors. Unfortunate timing but they handled it perfectly by giving me start and end times for the work day and when they’d be done for good with the project during our stay. Was very nice information to have to plan around to keep our sanity with all the noise. We would return, and we are ones that like to try new places each visit, so that says a lot!
