Description

This charming first-floor vacation rental in Beachwood Villas boasts a central Seagrove Beach locale, about 125 yards away from the jewel-toned waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Beachwood Villas 5E has one bedroom but can provide a perfect vacation for a small family, as it comfortably sleeps four and has a nice open living area. Recent updates include a remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, an updated bathroom, and hardwood floors. The living area is decorated in a beach vibe with a painting of the sugar white beaches and a set of couches with a comfortable accent chair. A flatscreen TV is there for entertainment. A dining area has four crisp white chairs placed around a round white wooden table for a fun family meal. Four raised chairs nearby sit beside the mottled gray granite counter bar where drinks, snacks or breakfast that may be easily served. The ample creamy white kitchen has a new glass-topped range with an oven to create a scrumptious meal for whenever you decide to dine in.

Sliding glass doors lead out to a covered railed deck that overlooks the community grounds. They include one of the pool areas that is landscaped with lots of indigenous plants and adorned with palm trees. Four chairs allow you to enjoy the breezy views while sipping on your favorite frozen drinks. The Master Bedroom Suite has a cottage style with a queen sized bed, a beachwashed cabinet, and matching dresser. A bench seat sits beside a sunny window. This room has access to a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower that can also serve as a convenient powder room.

Beachwood Villas also features great amenities that include two sparkling swimming pools, a sugar sanded Kid's Playground, grills with picnic tables nearby for an outdoor family barbeque, shuffleboard and tennis courts. The location near the beach allows you to go from taking a refreshing dip in the pool to floating around in the glowing green gulf in no time since it is just an arrow's shot away. This great locale is also within walking distance away from favorite restaurants and friendly bars in Seagrove Beach. This town was one of the very first to be established along South Walton's Scenic 30A many decades ago. It enjoys a convenient central location just minutes away from other picture perfect towns like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, and Rosemary Beach. These enchanting coastal villages each have their own personality and are lots of fun to explore. They each feature wonderful restaurants, friendly beach bars, art galleries, specialty shops, boutiques and some of them have fun seasonal festivals along with free outdoor musical concerts.

First Floor:

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Patio Access, Kitchen, Dining, Queen Bedroom, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo.

Based on the daily temperature and at HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Thanksgiving week and March to mid-April.

Discounted rates have been applied to reflect renovations taking place within the complex from January through April & then again September through December. All amenities will remain accessible; however, the pool will not be heated during this time.

Answer:

Beachwood Villas utilizes the public beach access across from Somerset Bridge Rd. There is also a convenience store at the end of this road, where you can stock up on drinks and snacks before hitting the beach!
