It is located in the small residential condo complex of Beachwood Villas in Seagrove Beach, with a serene heavenly setting just a short stroll away from the sugary white sand beach. The tropically landscaped grounds include palm trees, magnolias, live oak trees, flowering azaleas, oleanders, and crepe myrtles. This community has two sparkling lagoon-shaped swimming pools, which are usually heated during the chilly times of the year, along with nice patios. They provide a wonderful setting to relax and enjoy your favorite tropical drinks poolside. The lushly landscaped grounds also have a garden pergola with bench seating, a picnic deck with multiple tables, charcoal grills, a sandy playground for kids, two tennis courts, and shuffleboard available for use when not splashing around in the pools or at the beach!

Beachwood Villas 9F, also known as Seeing Starfish, has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with a bright, sunny look. A three-panel sliding glass door provides treetop views of palm trees and live oaks. They lead out to a covered balcony with raised Adirondack chairs, inviting you to enjoy the tranquil views. The chic, comfortably furnished living area has a plush sky blue love seat that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa. It faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a creamy white side cabinet for entertainment. Two fashionable dove gray vintage modern crescent chars with curved ottomans provide additional seating. Charming white raised cottage-styled chairs accent a round dark hardwood-topped pedestal table nearby with crisscross backs beside a unique cream-colored derrick-based lamp. The open kitchen has a malt-toned, mottled granite-topped bar with four raised white metal chairs for casual wining and dining. Custom white cabinetry and brushed stainless steel appliances provide everything needed to inspire delightful culinary creations.

The primary bedroom has a sunny window and lovely, simple, white cottage-styled furnishings. A queen-sized bed with a tall shuttered headboard has two side tables with clear glass-based lamps filled with seashells and faces a wall-mounted flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure. It utilizes a full hall bath with a tub-shower combination near a bunk nook with two white-railed twin beds resembling berths on a ship with nautical lighting.

Discounted rates have been applied to reflect renovations taking place within the complex from January through April & then again  September through December. All amenities will remain accessible; however, the pool will not be heated during this time.
