This large family villa in the exclusively gated Emerald Waters Village community of Miramar Beach near Destin includes five bedrooms and four full bathrooms between a main house and a guest house with accommodations for 14 fortunate guests. It has a stately Mediterranean look providing a palatial setting centered on a private swimming pool in a walled-in brick courtyard. A columned veranda with a dining area wraps around two sides of the home overlooking the lovely pool. Wonderful neighborhood amenities include not one but two seasonally heated pools and deeded beach access located a short four-to-five minute stroll away.

Bella Vista has wide arched portals connecting the spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas with two sliding glass doors leading out to the poolside patio. High ceilings and light parchment-toned tile flooring throughout accentuate a spacious look. A white leather couch flanked by blue and brown leather armchairs along with an embroidered antique accent chair face a large wall-hung flatscreen TV. The other side of the room has a round game table with three sleek high-backed latte-colored chairs. Two wide portals lead into a dining space with an impressive rich dark hardwood table inlaid with nautical brass strips. It sits beneath a vintage chandelier flanked by ash-gray cloth chairs and a side bench. The primary bedroom and two other beautifully furnished guest bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a twin bunk nook for the kids, and a luxurious ensuite bath. The bathroom features an angled mottled granite-topped cabinet, double vanity sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate glass-walled walk-in shower. A regal hall bath with an antique cabinet featuring an inlaid metal oval sink and a separate tub-shower combination serves both guest bedrooms. These guest quarters include chic, fashionable coastal-styled furnishings designed for comfort, with king-size beds.

On the opposite side of the pool deck, the spacious guest house has a matching Mediterranean style with an open living area that includes two twin beds, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a round glass-topped table with four rope-woven chairs. A full kitchen includes a wall of cabinetry, mottled granite countertops, a deep rectangular metal farm sink, a refrigerator freezer, an oven, and a microwave. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a charming decorative metal frame, a sunny window, and a flatscreen TV. A full hall bath includes a tub-shower combination and serves as a powder room.

This Miramar Beach vacation home has an excellent location near popular gulf front restaurants with friendly beach bars, grocery stores, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets. Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special discounts at the nearby Seascape Resort for championship golf, tennis, and recreational watersport rentals.
