Once arriving to Boots at the Beach, you will be sure to slip on your flip-flops - since the crystalline sugary shoreline is just a short stroll away! This two-story vacation rental home in Frangista Beach includes four bedrooms and accommodations for twelve fortunate guests.

The inviting front porch entry includes a regal hardwood door leading to a two-story foyer with a gracious staircase to the upstairs bedroom quarters. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are straight ahead with comfortable cream-colored furnishings and lots of windows for natural light. An oversized couch and a love seat face a large flatscreen TV mounted above a dark credenza for entertainment. Nearby, a double set of glass patio doors lead outside to the lushly landscaped fenced-in backyard. Back indoors, gleaming rich chocolate-colored hardwood tile flooring and chic, vibrant abstract decorative art provides a warm welcome. The dining area near the open kitchen includes four stylish high-backed chairs and a cloth bench, while two more may be seated at a quartz-topped counter bar for wining and dining. The state-of-the-art kitchen features brushed stainless steel appliances and rich custom cabinetry for fun culinary creations. One of the guest quarters is on this first floor level with a full-sized bed, a black decorative metal headboard, and two sunny windows for natural light. This bedroom utilizes a full hallway bathroom with a single raised vanity sink and a walk-in shower with custom tile and stonework.

The master bedroom and two other guest quarters are upstairs. The staircase takes you to a landing off the primary bedroom with a couch that can double as a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a flatscreen TV for evening viewing pleasure. The master suite features a king-sized bed near a glass door that leads to a private balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. For evening entertainment, a large flatscreen TV is mounted above a unique mosaic tiled dresser. The ensuite master bath includes individual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower. A long hallway travels past a bright bunk room with two full beds and a guest bedroom with a regal dark four-posted queen-sized bed crowned with a carved sunburst headboard. These two guest quarters share a full hall bath with a tiled tub shower combination.

This premier Frangista Beach locale is close to the jeweled gulf and a lovely community pool with restroom facilities that looks out upon a pine forest. It is also within easy walking distance from the laid-back Whale’s Tail restaurant towards the east, where a friendly beach volleyball game is usually in progress. The vibrantly colored Pompano Joe’s restaurant is also close by towards the west, offering great seafood, craft cocktails, and extended happy hours for margaritas on a gulf patio. Championship golfing, professional tennis, and fun beach recreational rentals are nearby at the Seascape Resort. Ocean Reef guests automatically receive special reduced rates for all of these. Other popular beachside restaurants, grocery stores, and bargain shopping for world-class designer goods at the famous Silver Sands Premium Outlets are only minutes away. Great amusements, a myriad of wonderful restaurants, bars with live music, shopping adventures, outdoor concerts, fun festivals, and seasonal firework displays are also a short distance away at the captivating Village of Baytowne Wharf and the swank Grand Boulevard town center of Sandestin.

Personal beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents/canopies are not permitted from March 1st to November 1st. Chairs and umbrellas can be rented through the onsite beach service. Personal chairs and umbrellas only (no tents or canopies) are allowed on the beach from November 1st to March 1st.
