Third Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub, King Primary Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Twin Daybed + Balcony Access and Walk-In Shower with Soaking Tub + Wet Bar, Laundry.

*Add $75.00 per day to the heat pool (available Oct-April if needed)

Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are not allowed on the beach. Umbrellas must be rented through the onsite beach service.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during Spring Break.

It is perfect for a large family. We will absolutely stay here again when we get the chance. We have stayed in several Destiny by the Sea homes. None of them disappoint, but this one stands out just because it is directly on the beach and is so easy to get back and forth from the house to the umbrellas! I would definitely recommend this property!!

Fantastic beach house

The house is large and magnificent. Beautiful sprawling balconies on each of the three floors. Master bedroom is amazing! All bedrooms have full baths with double vanities as well as tubs and separate showers in each.

Family Vacation

Great location and plenty of space in the house. Primary bedroom is huge. We had toddlers and babies in pack 'n' plays, which made the other bedrooms a little tight at night. We enjoyed the back patio / deck and the grill. A couple of the appliances need updating, but overall we were able to do most everything we wanted. When we needed something, the property management company was very responsive and took care of it right away. We will stay here again on future family trips.
