Casablanca

Casablanca is the ultimate beachfront family compound with an estate-like design incorporating a crisp white coastal exterior with extraordinarily beautiful antebellum styled interiors. This regal beachfront residence can sleep up to 26 guests since it has almost 7,300 square feet of gracious living space and includes a separate Guest House. You're captivated as soon as you pull into the paver-tiled courtyard that faces the columned entry of this three-story vacation home.

Once inside you are immediately embraced by its elegant charm and surroundings. Luxury vinyl plank flooring and wood floors flow throughout spacious rooms with high ceilings. The Great Room has a wall of windows with glass doors that lead out to a comfortably furnished beachfront balcony that spans the entire width of the house. An adjoining open sun deck above the beautiful beach surrounds the swimming pool with chairs for leisurely lounging. The open Gourmet Kitchen would satisfy the most ardent chef with stainless steel appliances, a rich granite bar, Jenn-Aire stove and double ovens. Raised seating beckons guests to enjoy favorite drinks while a fun family feast is being prepared. The formal dining room has eight chairs around a long table beneath a chic chandelier. A comfortable club-like Media Room has chocolate colored leather furnishings with a couch that doubles as a queen-sized sleeper sofa and faces the custom cabinetry and a wide TV. The first floor also has a colorful Bunk Room for the kids with access to a full private bath.

A gorgeous staircase sweeps majestically upstairs to the giant Primary Bedroom and multiple Guest Rooms. The massive Primary Suite is fit for royalty with a four posted king size bed, an expansive sitting area and a dressing area with walk-in closets. An enormous luxurious bath includes individual granite-topped double vanities, a raised soaking tub flanked by columns and a large walk-in shower. A wall of glass doors lead out to the breezy beachfront balcony that is accessible from both the Primary Bedroom and private bath. The other spacious Guest Rooms are also regally attired with lovely décor and have full luxury baths en suite. The third floor bonus Primary Room has a built-in Wet Bar, sitting area, a full attached bath, and a rooftop balcony.

The charming two story Guest House has a Media Game Room with a pool table and Wet Bar downstairs. Upstairs is an open main living area, kitchenette, a Guest Room with a king size bed, two full baths, and another Bunk Room for the kids.

This awesome South Walton location is near Gulf Place, featuring galleries, boutiques, restaurants and patio bistros that wrap around a town green. The established Santa Rosa Beach Club is close by with an eighteen-hole golf course that is open to the public. The Vue on 30A restaurant features Floridian as well as Caribbean seafood with superb views up and down the gulf. Another popular favorite nearby is Stinky's Fish Camp on Oyster Lake that in spite of its name has wonderful fresh seafood and gulf caught fish.

Second Floor: King Master Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Soaking Tub + Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Walk-In Shower + Soaking Tub, Bedroom with Two King Beds and Walk-In Shower. 

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Tub/Shower Combo + Wet Bar and Balcony Access.

Guest House:

First Floor: Game Room with Pool Table, Foosball, and Bonus Den.

Second Floor: Living Room with Balcony Access, Kitchenette, Dining, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk and Twin Trundle + Tub/Shower Combo.
