The first floor welcomes you with an open-concept living area that blends comfort and functionality. Plush seating surrounds a large wall-mounted TV, making it easy to settle in for movie nights after sun-soaked beach days. The kitchen shines with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a spacious island with bar seating—ideal for morning coffee or casual bites. Nearby, the dining area provides an inviting space for shared meals and lingering conversations. The Primary Bedroom on this level is a peaceful retreat, complete with a king bed and a spa-inspired ensuite featuring a walk-in shower and a soaking tub designed for long, relaxing evenings. A convenient powder room and direct patio access add to the thoughtful layout.

Upstairs, additional sleeping accommodations ensure comfort and privacy for everyone in your group. Two beautifully appointed Queen Bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination, offering both charm and practicality. The bunk room is a dream for younger guests, featuring twin-over-full and twin-over-twin bunk setups, along with access to a full bathroom with another shower/tub combo. Second Floor: Queen Bedroom, Jack and Jill Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo, Queen Bedroom, Twin-Over-Full & Twin-Over-Twin Bunk Room with Shower/Tub Combo.

*Personal beach chairs and umbrellas are permitted on the beach. Tents and canopies are not permitted at any time per HOA regulations. Personal chairs and umbrellas may not be set up in front of the onsite beach service chairs on the water side. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent through the onsite beach service.

Wonderful and clean beach home

We always look forward to vacationing in Destin. My family and I are really big on cleanliness of rentals. This house did not disappoint. Everything was nice and clean. Amazing location. We walked to get coffee every morning. We loved the screened patio. Ocean Reef even provided beach accessories to bring to the beach. The ice machine was super convenient!! Overall 10/10.
